Great customer service!
Beautiful contemporary hood! Very, very quiet on the lowest setting and it sucks air so well we can keep it on the lowest setting for most things that steam or smell. Seller also called us BEFORE we received the hood to give us contact information should we have any problems with installation. We've never had that great service for any appliance before! We didn't have any trouble installing it. It does have a plug in cord, and our old one didn't, but it was easy enough to install an outlet where the electricity for the old one was wired into the wall. (Hope that make sense.) Loved the pro-active service of this seller! And, of course, very happy with the choice we made for a replacement hood.

Bought this item one year ago. Have been using it pretty much every other day. It has a very sleek look which I love very much. This item is very easy to clean and works great. We make a lot of stir-fries at home, which can get quite greasy. The vent hood has helped us maintain a clean kitchen because it has quite strong suction. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend it: it both works and looks great.
