Not v useful, no sticking possible so shifts inside the shoe but bcoz of the pressure of the feet may sometimes stay in place

Its difficult to place it inside your shoes because of it's thin texture it keeps getting folded when you try to wear the shoes or when you are just trying to place it inside your shoes.3. it is nothing like what is shown in the image (1st image to be precise)Dont ever buy this product
