RNG EKO Green - 1.5-Litre 2200-W Electric LED Glass Kettle–Black

I bought it a year ago and never reviewed it, so here I go.First I am a HEAVY tea drinker, the kettle is the first thing I use in the morning, and the last before I head to bed, so it is safe to say I use this kettle A LOT.I have killed quite a few kettles in the past, due to my intense use, plastic ones are the first to break, so I was looking for a good looking alternative that has less plastic. I also tried stainless steel kettles in the past and I love them, but the idea of going for glass this time was appealing.I like seeing how much water is left in my kettle without having to open it. Since I use it all day long to boil the water for my tea and herbal infusion, I tend to fill it to the max capacity in the morning, and re-heat through the day.After a full year of intense usage, it still works great, it doesn't leak and shows no sign of wear and tear. It's very easy to clean and it really looks good on my kitchen counter.One of the things I enjoy watching is the blue LED light while it heats, it's a non essential little detail and it's fun, certainly puts a smile on my face first thing in the morning.

I have used 2 products RNG EKO GREEN and is perfectlly working as expected. The only thing that once you pour hot water and keep kettle as it is then you will see moisture inside surafce however if you keep cover open it will evaporate quickly.Overall very very good product.Proud that it is Indian Company.

Bought RNG Echo green kettle in the great Indian sale and got it for 1800 bucks. Though price is on the higher side went for it because of premium features. Best feature of the kettle is it heats fast (2200w), retains heat for a long time, fancy led illumination. Down side is like most of the electric kettles, length of the power cord is very very short. Definitely a good buy but would be better if the price comes down to around 1200 rs

Writing review after 15 days performance check.Best product, best deal.Very useful for Instant Hot Water for Corona protection. Nice look, descent blue lighting on start. Glass is of very high grade.Must buy for everyone.

After a year it begins to trouble with the LED light pops off and finally, the kettle dies out. The one year warranty works fine for the first year, but the real trouble takes place after a year. Ensure getting more than one year warranty as it may be most in need then. My kettle started giving trouble after a year and now it's completely dead. Enjoyed using the kettle, but too expensive a purchase to die out after a year's use only. It's a big disappointment:( The kettle will be missed and I will have to look for a cheaper one, so I don't feel bad if it pops off.

It’s not long lasting

Please be informed that this item works well for a while, but now not functioning properly,led light is on but water is not heating, tried several times but still not heating. I request either a refund or replacement of the same item.Hoping for a positive reply.RegardsKowlessar Persad

The kettle looks good and worked fine till abt 6 weeks. But within 6 weeks of very careful usage the glass developed a crack near the handle. Next when I picked up the kettle using its handle another crack developed. Looks like the glass is very delicate and some manufacturing/design fault too. Would not recommend buying this product.
