TIISON Fitness Tracker, Smart Bracele Smart Watch Waterproof Pedometer Activity Tracker with Heart Rate Monitor, Blood Pressure Blood Oxygen Monitor Bluetooth 4.0 for IOS Android

I was really excited when I first got this fitness tracker. For the first week it worked as described. I did test the band by having it record a couple of readings and they matched up very closely with readings from my BP cuff.One thing about the band that I do not like with the operating system is that the band does not display it's last calculated BP, HR, or O2 measurements. It does have the option to take these measurements hourly, which i did love. BUT if you can't see these measurements on the band, it all has to be looked up on the app that's required for this band.This brings me to the app. The app to use for this band is outdated. The most up-to-date version of the app is not compatible with the band. After week of using the band, the app showed data to be temporarily unavailable. While the band said it was linked to the phone, none of the information was transferring over. It took restarting the band and uninstalling and installing the app over again to get it functioning properly. Mind you, every time the app is uninstalled all your information is lost, and it must be re-entered. Anyways, this has happened once again where the band is linked, but no data is being transferred. I have tried this "fix" again and it hasn't worked.This may have been a waste of money.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This product did not work at all. I was not able to connect this device to the specific app that the instructions told me to use. When trying to connect a device it requires a bluetooth connection, but it is very difficult to figure out which device the watch is, because every single device in my home that uses a bluetooth connection seemed to show on the " to bind device list" besides the actual watch.On the actual instructions themselves, it says to make sure device is fully charged before connecting or "syncing" the device, which I did try.. multiple times, however every single time the device's screen showed that it was full, as soon as I unplug it, it practically did not have any charge whatsoever. The instructions then says to contact the company if there are still any problems or issues, but it doesn't even give you a contact number to call. I might have considered to get an exchange just in case I got a defected item, but the fact that they don't even leave you some way to contact them, makes it all the more frustrating. I bought this for my dad for Father's Day, and I am so disappointed and embarrassed that it did not work.

Even though it says TIISON Fitness tracker, there is no name written on the device saying it is TIISON. Even the app downloaded from the app store is from some Chinese manufacture's name, The app is called WearFit. The instruction page comes with this device does not have much explanation on how to start and configure the device. There is no instruction on how to switch time format mode from 24 hr to 12 hr. No info on the internet. There is another app WearFit 2.0 but it does not recognize this device which has 12 hr format selection. Buyers be aware.

We cannot change the metric to us standards. The bp is incredible wrong. Please don't count on this to give you correct BP readings. It is way off. Sent question to this company about adjustments to watch and no reply. If your going to put out a BP watch make sure it at least comes close to the real thing. People relying on this could be at risk.

Was not a Tiison. Worked for about two weeks.

This thing doesn't work, all it do is track my sleep, and my steps, the clock is set at 24 hours setting you can't change it, the blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen doesn't work and I can't change the setting. It will be going back. I step out the box to try something new and gets Burned.

The App on the App Store will not install on iPhone 5. 5S and above only. Working to find a compatible software. Will update if I find a fix.
