Here is where you can enroll your fingerprints / set PIN / enable key cards, and basically do all kinds of settings related to the lock.8. Very easy to replace the batteries when needed.9. Key card / Biometric / Pin / unlock from the app, all have worked flawlessly but I have not tried OTP and mechanical key methods to unlock.10. Ultra-fast unlock with fingerprint and key card.11. Chat support has been great and they assist you well on WhatsApp.12. Installation guy was prompt and was professional; super-fast installation on the same day, within hours of raising the installation request here in BengaluruDislikes - more like what would have made the lock even better:1. There should have been a direct yet secure way to enrol fingerprints / key cards / permanent pin on the lock which would later reflect on the app when connected and allow to be edited / deleted.I cannot comment on the battery life yet but time will tell.Overall, this lock is everything one can ask for whether it is for your home or for a small office. In a way, it is better to not have facial recognition.

Timely delivery, timely installation. Once installed, convenience of lock operations and the premium look that it brought to the door made my family happy. Even the app was very convenient and simple to use. I recommend this strongly. I did not see any use of dead bolt as many reviewers spoke about on youtube. This lock has auto lock with no dead bolt which was perfectly fine for me. Every door in India is generally fitted metal latches anyway. Those latches can provide additional safety just like a dead bolt. Therefore, no point in spending more money on a lock with dead bolt. Go for this.

The media could not be loaded. Quality of the product is very good. Is a bit tedious to install on your own as my location did not have installation availability. But once I installed, the lock is working seamlessly. Looks & feels absolutely premium! Customer support of Atomberg is quite decent too. App is the best amongst its competitors with end to end encryption and data security.Overall, at this price point I can confindently recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their home security system. Fingers crossed about its longevity!

The product was installed by a technician of the company but the product was defective. Company's technician visited three times to repair it but could not repaired. The company sent the replacement but said that the area is not serviceable so I should call local person to install.

The lock is very sturdy and functions well. Adding fingerprints, PIN, and other security features is easy and can be quickly managed through the app. The installation, handled by a third-party (Wify Installation) technician from Atomberg, was done flawlessly. The technician was thorough and performed an excellent job.The main drawback, leading to a 1-star deduction, is the scheduling process for installation. It required multiple calls to the Atomberg call center and then Wify Installation to coordinate for a convenient day. Ultimately, there was a delay, and the lock was installed five days after delivery due to the technician's limited availability that matched my schedule.
