Good replacement for original
We've had our lawntractor just over a year so were surprised when the brake handle just snapped (no excess force used). So rather than paying inflated pricing from the dealer, we chose to go the Amazon route.Got the two pack (just in case) and so far so good (used for 2 months at end of season).It's a pity the the design wasn't changed to make the weak point stronger!

Not a bad price, if it was not so fragile.
Glad it was a 2/fer purchase. 1st one broke when I attached it to the mower. 2nd one lasted about 4 weeks. I just went to the local John Deere dealership and paid for a new one. That has lasted ever since.
