The product does work. I was able to install it in my Nv 200 van. The problem I am having is the directions on how to use it are way to small to read and when I get something to magnify it it is not written well . There are not directions on how to install it so your are on your own. I have tried to contact the seller, it seams they are not understanding my ?s .I dont think they understand what I am saying in english. One of the straps that hold the screen to the mirror has a small cut in it and I have asked for a replacement. They asked me to send a photo to them but they did not give me any contact info of where to send the photo. There is no contact info on the instructions either or on the box. when they answer me they talk about they want to provide great customer service,but I have not anything like that. There is no way to contact them directly .

This product arrived quickly, and was as described. We are loving the performance and the size. It replaced the rear view mirror very well. We are still in the testing mode with it, but so far it has worked flawlessly. Even with the vague instructions, it went in painlessly in about a half hour. I at this point only wish that we had bought two of them, because they are no longer available. Sheesh!The only problem was the manual. The print was way too small. We had to scan it to enlarge the print for normal reading. You may want to improve on that.

I liked. It is very easy to install. It has an HD camera and the reverse camera is very good. It took less than 20 minutes to put everything in its place. Unlike others, the video is seen on the entire screen. You can also use it as a rear-view mirror and it has no reflections despite being a screen.

POS. Died after a day.Took hours to install. Used it for one day and it started to flake out. Now it’s dead. Cheap Chinese junk.Don’t waste your money.

Love the clarity of the front camera but the rear camera is really lacking for the price of this unit. I'll have to play with it for a while longer to figure out the settings.

It’s really nice quality only trouble I had to when putting in reavers camera wouldn’t stay on because BMW X5 revers back light wasn’t giving enough power so I had to put relay 12amp so it can give it 12volt stable

bought not to long ago and all of sudden i dnt know what is wrong with it. power not turn on. so dislike and i want to return it back and get a better one. but you guy wont let it. so disappointed.

Rear camera not stable, sometime not work properly.
