I love this little heating pad. I have a bad shoulder and it's a lifesaver whenever it flares up. I do wish it came in smaller sizes as it's rather large and you can't quite get it to cover the "sweet spot," but it is great for backs, knees, and arms. Shoulders are a bit tough but it takes some work to adjust. The heat is constant and very warm, and the pad is soft. The plug cord could be longer, but these are all very minor complaints. Definitely a 5 star item.

Soft, good size, works great

This is my second time buying this type of heating pad. I used to buy a similar brand name one but found it just didn’t seem to work for long. This one is only about 1/3 the cost of the brand name one and seems to last longer. The first one just stopped working after about a year. Considering how much I use my heating pad, I’m okay with how long it lasted. Plus, at $13.99, it’s a bargain. My only concern is, when set to a higher setting (4-6) the plastic for where the power connects can get really hot.

I like the smaller size of this heating pad and the various heat settings available.

This heating pad never stays set at the settings you set it to. After about 10 minutes it automatically drops to medium heat then it gets cold. The timer function works great and it’s very soft but, it doesn’t stay warm.

It seems to be a nice heating pad, although I'm not sure if it's a safety feature or not but when it gets to the warmth I like it suddenly cools down. It doesn't stay up on high like I want.
