Beast of a gaming pc
Ive owned this for 6 months now. Granted when it bought it in june it was $1700 with 6 monthly no interest payments. That being said pc parts prices have gone through the roof im guessing from Corona and people being bored at home. This PC has run every game like dayz, squad, hell let loose on max settings and I consistently get 100+ fps. This has been running like a dream and I wouldnt trade it for anything. Best 1700 ive spent. With that being said I cant imagine i would pay over 3000 dollars for any computer.2080 super i7-9700k. 16gb ramUPDATE: I didn't know much about computers when I bought this and still don't but I know more now. They did cut some corners that gave this beefy specs for cheaper prices. The 2080 super card is really hard to find online, it seems to be left overs from an Alienware pc. Its a blower model and I've seen a lot of bad things about it, but I haven't had any issues. The gpu is sitting crooked in the pc which idk why but I'm gonna try to fix it. It seems like it's pinched angled up so its not gravity . Also the ram is only 2600mhz so I'm looking into what I need to do to up that. I've still had no actual issues with this pc it's runs every game most at ultra settings1.5 years later - this thing is still going strong. Upgraded ram , zero issues.

Blazing fast, flawless 30 minute set-up and name brand components
Was available with free 1 day delivery. Great sale price. Arrived on time and well packed. Very clean and pro looking build. The familiar Asus mobo and MSI RTX card made it seem custom built. Window installation was embarrassing simple and it was updated and running in a very short time. So far it is running smooth and error free. It easily runs games at ultra max settings and at 4K resolution! It is practically silent and only spins up when gaming. Overall the case has no overheating issues and the sealed water cooler system is made of metal and not plastic. Very impressive. All in all it is a top end machine that would be difficult to build for the price. The easy set up and price make this a great deal.

Easy out-of-the-box solution
Thankfully, unlike some others, my machine came exactly as advertised and with a tight build quality. In fact, it may be the best ready-built desktop PC I've ever bought. The machine worked straight out of the box with no modifications or special configuration. Clean install of Windows, with no bloatware or adware or other garbage, and everything reasonably configured—you'll just want to run Windows Update and then the GeForce Experience to download the latest video driver. Fans run fast and quiet, and have kept it cool so far. Everything is performing to spec, and I was even able to get VR running within an hour.Note that the lighting rig (which does look nice through the side panel) isn't actually controlled through software, but runs independently with its own little remote to control the colors and patterns. If there's one drawback I'd have to name, it's that the glass front panel precludes installing any optical drives or similar expansion bay accessories. You'll have to rely on external USB devices if that's something you need, but it hasn't really been a pain point for me so far because of how cloud-based things have become.I used to be the kind of geek who'd scratch-build machines, but honestly I don't have the time or mental energy for that sort of thing anymore—either keeping up with the state of the hardware scene, or doing the actual build and inevitable troubleshooting. And I hate getting a pre-built machine only to spend hours getting it configured and weeding bloatware and struggling with worry that I hadn't gotten what I hoped for. This? Getting this up and running was a casual morning that left me completely satisfied.

Suspect I got a bad SSD
UPDATE 5/13/2021: Computer finally hard crashed, Cyberpower wants me to pay shipping, Asurion won't pay for it because it is technically under manufacture warranty still. You cannot update the BIOS for it whatsoever because it is a 'custom build'. Overall very disappointed with my purchase. For the money I paid I shouldn't have to do all this troubleshooting just to make the damned thing work.I got this PC back in May 2020. This morning I woke up to a windows error that would not resolve itself. I rebooted and got an 'Insert Boot Media Error'. I went into the Bios and reset it to default, mind you there is only one hard drive in this PC. Still got the bootable media error. I shut down the PC for 10 minutes and it rebooted to windows. I am now worried that the SSD is going bad. After researching the problem most folks are saying adding stuff to the pc could cause this error, or it could be a bad SSD. I did not add anything to the PC since I got it. They only thing I have used it for is downloading and playing games I do not even surf the web on it, I use my old PC for that. I am current making a bootable ISO of windows 10 on a flashdrive in case the SSD is faulty and needs replacing. After doing some researching the review of the Phantom z390 mother board they used and the type of SSD wasn't very spectacular. I am beginning to regret not just building the PC myself. When it works, it plays games great. But after spending the kind of money I did I am not very comfortable after this morning. I really wish they had included a flashdrive with windows on it for these situations. If the SSD had died and I did not have a backup of windows 10 I would not only have to get a new SSD but also a new copy of Windows. Wish I could say better things about it.

Extremely good value
I got this PC for $2400 which is an insanely good deal for the specs, even cheaper than building it. The lights are pretty. The box is big to fit parts and upgrades. Also comes with plenty of RAM, a great CPU, and a large SSD.

Fantastic value for the specs, nothing else came close in cost vs what you get.
Bought this for my husband for Boxing Day when it was on sale for an even better price, the system works great, boots up instantly from shut down to windows, runs everything great and without any difficulty at all. The only issue we have had from it was after about a week the system wouldn't boot up and apparently a windows 10 update may have caused an error and when we started up the CPU it would only go into the BIOS, apparently Windows 10 was not on the system anymore. We called CyberPowerPC and they walked us through what we should do, we reinstalled Windows 10 and its been about 2 weeks since that happened and so far it hasn't happened again, the tech that we talked to said if it was something faulty inside the unit they would replace it if the problem continued, what better service can you get than that? CyberPowerPC gets a thumbs up from me and with service like that, I will be buying future computers from them again when the time comes, keep up the good work!

Overheating issues and bad support
Due to the gpu shortage the best option to get a gaming pc was a pre built. Compared to scalper prices, the pre built a are a great deal.Unfortunately other than that I cannot recommend Cyberpowerpc at all. I’ve had the PC for just over a year and problems started: overheating due to bad design and bad airflow (all 4 fans were set up as exhaust fans). Getting in touch with Cyberpowerpc is almost impossible. I waited for each reply a minimum of 3(!) weeks only to get a bit helpful and vague response. Do not buy from Cyberpowerpc unless you are just looking for the parts and are getting a great deal.

Cyberpower PC RTX 2080 Super
The media could not be loaded. Nice specs for the price. Beautiful looking pc. Love the side panel, which is see thru and secured by 4 screws, makes it much easier to access inside. Nice surprise to see it had wifi. The only thing I will ugrade is the RAM, comes with 16 but I prefer 32. It was literally plug and play and running all Steam games at full speed. Now to play some RDR2! This is my 4th Cyberpower Pc and its never let me down.

Very good gaming system for the price
Desktop was packaged really well. Out of the box just plug in and away you go. Good value for the money. I’ve read some reviews that it’s really loud but after using it extensively myself with some heavy gaming it’s actually quite the opposite. A good quality build that’s solid and the LED lights are nice to look at with numerous variations. I’d highly recommend this system to anyone looking for quality components at a very good price point.
