After a week of normal use the zipper pull and the part it attaches to broke off, the seams that hold the fabric to clear heart are separating, the seams holding the zipper on at the top are separating. The heaviest thing I had in the bag was a 20oz bottle of water. I did get a lot of complements and the bag is really cute.

I love this bag so much! I love the size, the glitter on the clear heart, the faux leather straps! It's so cute!There's some gold details for the metal bits, and it looks so good with the warm pink color!I wasn't the expecting the inner lining to be cream colored with a bow pattern, but it looks super cute! I think I like it better than if it was just a solid pink. Perfect for carrying a light bag. It's really convenient to carry around, carries a decent amount of items in varying sizes, and just looks super cute!!! I put a small Korilakkuma in the pocket and a Ditto Cleffairy key chain on the zipper and I'm in love! I would totally buy this again in another color!

I use this bag every day! The pink heart and bag are super cute and I get compliments often. Its nice having my buttons on display.The fabric the buttons are attatched to is very loose however, which is really annoying when looking through the bag or trying to reach in and find stuff. I think the fabric being loose helps some buttons become undone and fall to the bottom.Still cutw and i still use it all the time!

It is a nice backpack, the size is great and the glitter in the clear pocket it's hollographic, so it looks cool!

Very disappointed. We read the reviews that talked about zipper problems so my granddaughter was very careful. It still broke in less than 3 weeks. I would recommend you look for another brand. This bag is not worth the money!

My 4 year old wanted a pink backpack so she got one! It is a medium sized pack, probably big enough for an early elementary aged child.

Love how much stuff it holds. My daughter's love to carry lots of toys in them when we travel

Bought the backpack for my 12-year-old daughter, she loves it, however, the first one I got only lasted about a week and the zipper broke in half(the part that you pull to zip the backpack). I wrote the seller and they sent a new one. So far so good. Otherwise, it would be a 5-star.
