had this for a few months and have been happy with it so far. i build models and use this for light-curing putty. i use it frequently but have only ever charged it twice (aside from the initial charge before my first use, per the box instructions). the UV discharge is sufficient for hardening putty, and does emit a small amount of heat, which i assume just means it works. all i'm looking for in a UV flashlight is battery life and UV intensity and i'm very satisfied with both. also, the product feels like it's high quality and not just some cheapy purple light. i was going to get one of those curing domes nail techs use, but this is just far easier to use if you build models.the only correction i'd suggest is putting a label on the removeable battery so users know which end is the positive and which end is the negative. i had to figure it out on my own.

Quality resin uv light. Easy to use,easy to clean off and easy to store. Great value for the cost. Great design too.

Works well, hardens resin quickly. The light does get very warm though.

I bought this for my dd for all of her "mini"projects. She is able to put multiple items under at once to cure. Beter than a flashlight option in my opinion because this has a built in stand and your holding a flashlight in your hand. It doesn't have a lot of height to the stand though. We were able to make it work for taller projects by propping it up. Still cured well and didn't seem to take any longer. Really the only thing that makes me take off a star is the timer options. Most of her projects took 5+ min each and I think the timer is only a min and min plus so we had to restart the light a few times. Really not a big deal and I would definitely buy this again. It worked perfect for us.

I've never really used resin before, but I read reviews that UV resin was the easiest route to go, so I got this light to help w my ring project. I don't have much to reference to, since this is my first time using, but it was super easy to set up and my trial rings turned out great (: it has a 60 sec & 120 sec timer, which I appreciate. I saw some reviews mentioning the legs being weak and short - I lost my ruler so I used a lighter for height reference haha. the height factor wasn't a big deal for my project though. I do feel that if you drop this off a table or something, the legs would probably break (the legs do collapse in for storing though), as they're a bit weakly bound. but for ~15 bucks I'm not complaining - will just be extra careful on my part. overall, as a beginner with zero experience, this has been working great (:

Was hesitant to purchase because it was so inexpensive compared to the "high quality" UV lights. Wow! I am so glad that I got this one. Small enough that it is not in the way, but works great with the UV resin that I am working with. 2 cycles of the 2 minute setting and things are perfectly cured! Easy to use, looks nice, and makes crafting more enjoyable.

It does what it's supposed to as far as curing resin, does a great job. However, mine does not hold a charge and only works plugged in. And even then, it will only turn on like twice, if I use it back to back within a few seconds. Otherwise it will not turn on unless I unplug it and plug it back in. Same for if I haven't used it in a while, even if it's been plugged in. Not sure if it's an issue with the button or what.

The light worked ok for what I needed. I would not recommend buying this unfortunately good for very small items but that is all. Battery charger did not work very well and broke after a couple uses. I had to buy a different UV light.
