Great Sauce
I cooked with this some time ago and was so pleased with the result I ordered more for gifts at Christmas. Just buy, defrost and bake a cheap frozen duck. Allow to cool. Strip all the meat off.. Save the crispy skin separately,Reheat required amount in the sauce and serve with other Chinese dishes--lovely!!
