what an excellent product, my girlfriend, sister and mother loves it, heats fast and iron fast ... I'm going to ask for two more because now my sisters-in-law want it .. I recommend you buy it .. I'm from Ecuador

Works well on thick hair
This is the first steam and/or infrared flat iron that I've ever used. Although it is taking a bit to get used to it, I think it's a great product and works well.

So disappointing
I have already used this flat iron 3x. I have yet to see what makes it better then a normal basic flat iron except from the price. I DOES NOT flatten ti silky hair, in fact you cannot get your hair as flat with 5 passes as you would a normal one with 2, 3 maximum.I’m not sure what the infrared or steam is suppose to do but I assure you this is no better then a normal dry flat iron. In fact I can’t get the 80’s looking blow-dried volume to look bone flat anymore. Now I just have an expensive downgrade. Now this is just MY personal experience with my think long hair

Very good for thick, curly Jewish girl hair :)
Great for middle eastern/Jewish girl hair. My second steam iron - had a BAbyliss for 8 years but it broke. This gets really hot, good steam. Only flaw is that water chamber is small - had to refill twice (turning off each time). I’m keeping it though. I’ve tried 3 other irons this year and this is a keeper. Hair feels soft not fried.
