Lock malfunction
The media could not be loaded. The lock is not closing from outside but locking manually from inside. Please see the video. Trying for the last one week with the company but unable to get any solution.

V premium quality and value for money
The media could not be loaded. I order this smart door lock from Equal. The price was very nice as compared to other brands like qubo and very nice silver color option. Looks very premium. Installation has been booked by the company for tomorrow. The packaging and locks parts plus battery everything is in the box. I'll definitely suggest it if you want nice door lock for your main door.

Very good quality
I was using yale for 2 years but it got struck most of the times then i upgraded to this equal brand smart lock its aluminium build auality is good it never strucks and functions easily Excellent support by equal and installation was very simple and provided by the company it unlocks with my ohn too I would recommend everyone to use this product
