I ordered this to try on one of my dogs who is a rescue and therefore very anxious and also very hyper. So, anything that can calm her down will be great.The product comes with its own spoon and instructions in the back with the recommended amount to use depending on the weight of your dog. The spoon is tiny which means that the bag of powder food will last long. This addresses my concern about frequency of purchase as the size of the packet is small.I sprinkled it on my dog’s food and she didn’t seem to notice the difference.
