I bought this for cold liquids, water specifically, when I go out hiking or other outdoor activities.I recently brought this on a 5 hour road trip with me. On one day I left it on my car seat while visiting family for like 6 hours with the hot sun beating down on it. It's metal and was very hot. I could not touch this until I cooled it and the car off. But once it got to the point I could touch it, I opened it to see how hot the contents were. They were obviously not as cold as before, but I would say the water was about room temperature which was perfect under the circumstances.It's not extremely light weight, but it's leak resistant, the lid seals well, and there is a little "catch" to easily open the spout.

And so it begins! My son just turned 6, and the one thing he REALLLLLLLLY wanted was a “Stanley.” I can’t believe kids that young are already so amped up about a trendy-expensive water bottle. I don’t even have one! 😒I looked at all the different styles. I know he prefers a straw cup vs an open mouth style. I also know he’s really forgetful and might not remember to bring it home if it doesn’t fit easily in his backpack, so one with a giant side handle probably wouldn’t work. I found this one and fell in love with the size (20oz) and the cool top handle that flips down. It’s totally a “big boy cup.” The straw is perfect for him, too.It’s a big change going from his lightweight & easy to use ZAK cups to something so heavy-duty, but he loves it! Just keep in mind these cups get super heavy once ice and liquids are added. His entire backpack was weighed down! Ice is staying frozen the majority of the day as long as there’s at least 4 cubes; one or two melted within a couple hours.Is it spill-proof?? Only if the straw is shut. If it’s open, it leaks EVERYWHERE.I’d say this will work ok as a “home” cup for younger kids, although they may need help opening the straw (it’s pretty stiff). Age 6+ will like it at school!UPDATE: Water bottle stickers stick really well to it! He gets them as rewards at school. It also washes well in the dishwasher. Our only complaint (maybe it’s because we have a dark color) is that it scratches & dents easily. He drops it all the time, or it falls out of his backpack. It’s only one week in and it’s all scratched up. Lighter colors might be best!

I now have four of the Stanley insulated cups and they are by far superior to anything I've used before. I put ice in one and took it to the farmers market and then didn't use it. The next day there was still ice in in! No other insulated cup I've ever used was THAT good. It's a bit pricey but, in my opinion, well worth every penny.

Heavy duty handle and keeps my stuff cold. A little heavy but I am ok with it. Love the color! We have the metal Stanley thermoses that are decades old and they are still doing their jobs! Yeah the GOATP.S. Can be used to defend yourself. Stanley always and forever taking care of us in ways they had no idea. 🫰🫰

Absolutely love this Stanley IceFlow tumbler. Even in the summer heat, ice stays frozen all day. I’ve left it in the car and still had ice hours later. Keeps my water super cold and refreshing. Leak-resistant, easy to carry, and the straw makes it perfect. I trust this brand every time.

I use this water bottle almost everyday at work coaching gymnastics. I have other Stanley’s with a straw but I love that this one won’t spill if it gets knocked over. It is such a good quality and keeps my water super cold. I also love that it has a handle on top to carry it.

Stanley Ice Flows are my favorite water bottles. They keep drinks cold, don't leak and I love the handle. I have many colors with Twilight and Toast being my favorite colors. I only buy them when they are on sale, as I find them to be expensive. I've given them as gifts and they're always appreciated. I have had a few arrive with dents that I had to return, sometimes Amazon will just ship in a non-padded bag which is totally annoying because they will send a little item in a giant box, but ship something that dents easily in a bag? Makes no sense. I have bought many on Amazon and also on the Stanley web site if I can't find the right color. Hydration is a great gift! But again, I purchase when they are on sale. Perfect size, not too big and not too small. I hope Stanley keeps making the Ice Flow since their Quencher took off and they seem to be focusing on that. Keep the Ice Flows coming, durable quality with a handle can't be beat!

I love that it has a straw and easy to clean! It fits perfectly in my cupholder, and keeps ice in it all day! I’ve had mine for a few months now. It has a few scratches just bc of it going everywhere with me, but I will definitely be ordering another!
