Get them while they last.
Like it's capabilities for multiple item cutting. Bought one for my wife and one for my grandson.

The cut is on a pivot, NOT like a knife. & locking mechanism gets in the way.
This is nice as a concept. I like cutting against a flat surface, but the scissors operate on a pivot and that is not always the cut I am looking for in my vegitables. And when I cut, the little hook that holds the scissors closed seems to regularly get in the way, so the cut is interupted from completely closing, until I move the locking hook. The blades are impressively sharp now and there is a second blade on the knife side that makes it a peeler. When I took it apart to test how I would take it apart to wash it in the dishwasher, it took me 12 minutes to get the two pieces back together again. This is a great concept, but unfortunately for me, it does not work as well as my old kitchen scissors that are more simple and reliably work.

Innovative, but a little hard to reconfigure
The concept of having a single kitchen tool that unclutters a drawer of tools is great one. We applaud the creativity. That's what was attempted here.Taken separately, the various tools are all fine - scissors, knife, etc. Perfectly acceptable. There's a "but," and you heard it coming. The problem was that it's too hard to reconfigure from one format to another. Seriously, we needed to keep the instruction manual handy so we could figure out how to put it back the way it started. We readily admit: this might be a limitation on our dexterity or intelligence - YMMV.

Don’t cut as well as hoped
That really says it all. It’s easy to take apart and clean. And, truthfully, I haven’t tried to sharpen it. But brand new, it didn’t cut as well as advertised. That said, conceptually a nice multi-function tool. Maybe good for camping.

This is a very weird little kitchen gadget.
I love the fact that it comes apart for cleaning.I really like it for breaking apart the chicken thigh and leg. It snips the connecting tissue quite easily. When done, I break this tool apart and toss it in the dishwasher for sterilization and cleaning. It has so many features, it is quite intimidating to handle. I made sure to read the directions first. It also has so many features it is quite bulky. For my small hands, it is not comfortable to hold for anything but quick kitchen tasks. I would rather use my paring knife or chef’s knife for chopping, cutting and slicing in general. It is a nice gimmick, but not an essential gadget for my kitchen, or anyone else's. Even when away from home traveling in the confined space of my RV, I would rather have a paring knife, chef’s knife, and a good pair of poultry shears instead.

Very sturdy multi-use Chef Kitchen Scissors
This is a very well made and sturdy Chef Kitchen Scissors. They cut effortlessly. Extreme care is required with a cutter like this to not get your fingers in the way. Perfect for celery, carrots, and other long vegetables. The scissors transform into knife easily. This makes this a great 2 in 1 device. There is a hook for hanging it on the wall. I don't recommend this in a drawer as the safety latch could come undone and you could get cut reaching for it. The bottle opener is useless and I think dangerous on a knife. The idea that cutting veggies or food and opening a beer or soda is somehow connected is odd. I'd not use this to open a bottle. All in all a great Chef Kitchen Scissors as long as you are careful.

Very well built kitchen shears, cuts through the tough stuff, plus peeler, and bottle opener.
Handy little device had nice comfort handle and a paper cutter like action that is strong enough to cut through chicken bones. I like those spit roasted chickens they sell at the grocery. Pre-cooked in multiple seasoned flavors, the meat almost melts off the bone, the tough part is trying to cut the wings and drumsticks off the bone or joints. After eating the chicken, I toss the bones, excess fat, skin and carcass into a pot. I boil that for several hours and then strain off the broth for use in making soups and other dishes. This detaches you shift the middle when open to an x shape, and draw out the blade part. It's sharpened on one side like Japanese steel so you can use it like a knife. It has a slot in the blade that has a sharpened edge and can be used for peeling veggies and fruits. On the very end is a thick metal bottle opener. The cutter is a little tricky to put back together as a shears, the raised dotted on the handle, that allow solid grip if it gets wet or greasy. The tail end has a lock piece for keeping the sharp blade kept for safety. Better than your typical kitchen scissors. Easy to chop up spring onions, cut bone, or snip herbs for use in flavoring many dishes. Recommended.

They are okay but not as wonderful as I thought they would be
They are okay but not as wonderful as I thought they would be. They are really only good for narrow cutting like English Cucumber etc.
