I have been using vegetal silica for the past 7 years. It is an awesome product. It keeps my hair, skin and nails supple and strong. I love it. My hair hair has grown. It is so silky. I used to buy it from vitamin shoppe locally. They stop selling it so I order from Amazon.

I started using this product as soon as I received it.I know it is too early to tell for my hair, but within the two weeks that I have used it, I can already tell a difference in my skin.I kept looking in the mirror the other morning trying to figure out what looked so different about my skin and it realized that it was starting to look good again. My doctor a year ago put me on Cymabalta for Neurological pain in my legs due to MS and within that year, I lost a lot of my hair, I began to wrinkle really bad and my skin just look horrible, no matter what I did.I am very impressed with what has already happened within 2 weeks.Somebody asked me today if I had changed my makeup because my skin looked so good.I am looking forward to seeing what it will do for my hair. I choose this rating because it is such a superior product. I just tried another brand with a higher milligram per capsule and it did nothing. Because of the medication i'm on my nails split, chip and are so soft they hurt. I have been taking Vegetal Silica for many years and I have run out a few times for a month or more giving my nails time to grow out. Boy was I sorry each time I say I will never do that again. Now that I can buy from Amazon I have no excuse for running out.

When I take this regularly, I think it really does help with my nails and hair. My nails grow faster and longer. Hair seems fuller.

I’ve been taking this for over a year and this product really works. My skin was really dry and flakey and now all that has disappeared. My skin now is is smooth and supple. My nails are noticeably thicker and don’t break anymore and my hair is growing like crazy. I highly recommend this product for anyone with skin, hair, and nail issues.

I have also been taking another hair supplement so it could be that. I will stop that one in a month and try this alone. For now taking this 3 times a day and my hair is growing like wildfire! Seriously it's amazing inches in less than a month.

The product claims healthier nails and hair, and fewer wrinkles. At least a marketing page in a health magazine claimed so. I've always had a problem growing long, strong nails. I've purchased a few products that claimed they would fix the problem, but not at all. Then I found FloraSil. I thought this would help them to look nicer,since it is something you ingest that potentially change the health of my nails... as in my line of work, I need nice-looking nails. My nails are still weak and snag easily. Not only can I NOT grow nails before they tear, they grow downward. It may work for others, but not for me. I won't purchase another supply.
