These are a proper 12 inches — finally, plates that fit a burger, salad, sides, and dignity.They’re made from sugarcane bagasse (fancy name for leftover plant bits), which means they’re compostable and don’t feel like they’re going to collapse the second you add something saucy. Had a great party! Plates worked really well. They didn’t sag or break. Way more solid than paper plates. And no washing up! However, they are strong enough to wash and reuse if you wanted to.

Fairly strong. I required 9 inches dia. these are 9 inches but with the outer ridge does not actually hold foods within the 9 inches.

Good size to use as plates or server. And sturdy if your having ‘wet’ food.

Excellent quality, strong and good value for money. I use these for ease when having many guests round for a meal. They are strong enough to use with a table meal or buffet style. Would definitely buy again.

Great plates not flimsy would hold a full Sunday roast great size too, dinner plate size.

Not the best bagasse plates I’ve ever purchased and a little disappointed for the price. The majority were ok but there was a lot of inconsistency in manufacturer. Some areas on the plates were so thin you could see through them and although I know this is a natural product, several had imperfections that made them look marked or dirty. Out of a pack of 50, we chose not to use 7 of them for our guests

Always use these for events. They are super sturdy and handle hot food very well. Well worth the extra paid.
