So Yummy!!!!!!!!! (BUT OVERPRICED HERE ON AMAZON)
So this is our second jar that we have purchased from Amazon. They carry this at Whole Foods but its 9.99 for a 1 lb jar. Technically buying it here on Amazon saved us a buck... but hey it's still a buck! This honey is the REAL DEAL! I mean this isn't even comparable to any honey that most of the country/world is familiar with. This is ORGANIC, RAW, UNPASTEURIZED, UNFILTERED HONEY! It is so DELICIOUS!!! Since it is 100% pure and in it's natural state you are getting a superior product packed full of live enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Honey is healthy! My husband's grandmother emailed me all of the benefits you receive from honey (and cinnamon) but it is doubtful that just any old honey provides the grand benefits listed in her email (especially not the kind I grew up eating that my mother purchased from our local grocery store). So I am sure that people are trying to do right by their bodies when they eat honey but I feel their money is being wasted because if you buy a non-organic, processed, pasteurized, filtered honey then most of the nutrients are lost during all of these processes. So it's definitely worth the extra money to buy a quality product you can trust. I believe you can trust Y.S. Organic Bee Farms and I will gladly buy from them every time I need to replenish my pantry with a new jar!!! Thank you so much Y.S. Organic Bee Farms for offering such a pure and delicious product!!!Honey is an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral substance. A spoonful a day keeps free radicals at bay! There are so many lovely things to say about this whole food, but you should research it for yourself. Seriously, Google the health benefits of honey and be sure that your first "real" jar purchased is from this seller! As mentioned previously, the benefits received from honey highly depends on the quality of honey you buy.I enjoy my honey on toast with cinnamon sprinkled lightly on the top. I also use it to flavor drinks made with Chia Seeds which are also so very healthy. Or if I have a sweet tooth... I just grab a spoon and scoop out some honey from the jar and enjoy! My kids LOVE THIS! AND I DON'T FEEL GUILTY WHATSOEVER!!!7/14/2013 UPDATE:SO THE DAY I WROTE THIS REVIEW I WENT SHOPPING AT JIMBOS. I FOUND THIS PRODUCT BEING SOLD THERE FOR ABOUT $13.42 (DON'T REMEMBER THE EXACT CHANGE)WE JUST PURCHASED THIS FOR $18.99. I CAN'T RETURN THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT EXCEPT THAT IT WAS WAY OVERPRICED. SORRY AMAZON, WE ARE LOYAL CUSTOMERS BUT NEXT TIME WE NEED THIS JAR OF HONEY WE WILL BE BUYING THE JAR AT JIMBOS AS IT IS SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER!!!I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY STARS AWAY BECAUSE THIS IS A SUPERIOR PRODUCT. I WOULD JUST BUY IT AT YOUR LOCAL JIMBOS IF YOU HAVE ONE NEAR YOU.

Good Taste
Tasted Great. It was a bit of a trick to get this honey to the exact consistency I wanted. When I received it the honey was rock solid so I called the company who told me to put it in warm water to soften it up a bit. Well I did as they suggested but I wasn't watching it carefully so by the time I took it out of the warm water it was more like liquid honey instead of paste consistency which is what I was aiming at. After a few times playing around with it I finally got it to the consistency I wanted it to be and it did stay at that consistency with no problems whatsoever.Great product. One thing I learned is if it is raw it can always be crystalized into a paste unless the honey comes from the orange blossom which doesn't crystalize but with that as the only exception if it says raw it either comes hard, as a paste or can be manipulated so it will be a full liquid or pasty consistency and once you reach the sweet spot as long as you don't tamper with it anymore and leave it on the shelf in room temperature you will not find that honey transforming consistencies any further. Once I figured this hard lesson out I was good to go.I definitely recommend this product to all my friends who enjoy using honey as a paste instead of a syrup liquid. If you don't like your honey crystalizing than this honey is not for you, however if you like your honey in a spreadable paste form than this would certainly be for you as you will not be disappointed, mmmmmmmmmmmmm gooooooooooooooood.

Watch Out For Possible Allergic Reactions
I love honey, in general, and this stuff is 10 times better than any other honey I've tried. So for taste, it easily gets 5 stars. However, I am rating it only 1 star because it has a negative effect on me that I never would have thought; it gives me headaches. I tried it three different times to see if this honey was indeed the culprit and concluded, sadly, it was. Subsequently, I read up on it and found that many people have allergic reactions to "raw" honey, even when they do not have any reactions to pasteurized honey (which I do not). Many of the reactions noted were the same as one might get with typical allergies or hay fever such as, sneezing, runny nose, congestion, watery eyes, etc. Headaches were also noted. It has to do with the pollen in it, which I don't know why, but I hadn't even considered. Apparently, a benefit of consuming it, as I understand it, is that consuming small amounts of bee pollen, can actually build up a person's defense against pollen allergies (much the same way as getting a flu shot can protect you from getting the flu). This honey may not cause any problems for many, but I wanted to share this experience, as I think allergic reactions are a very important consideration that should be factored in prior to purchase (and some may not think of it, as I didn't). I did read that many people "power through" tolerable or minor symptoms (that "may" eventually subside) to enjoy the possible health benefits associated with consuming bee pollen and/or raw honey. I considered doing that, but I am more inclined to think that pain, discomfort, and/or other negative effects (with the exception of sore muscles from a good workout), are pretty good indications/signs/signals our body is giving us to let us know it doesn't like something we are doing to it...I'm very compelled to listen.:)
