Like all my experiences with JLAB products...... OUTSTANDING. I am a over dimensional transport specialist, so it is very important for my headset to be comfortable and clear. For the last two weeks of using this headset for 10 hours a day it still feels like clouds over my ears, and with the JLAB app adjustments, you get crystal clear sound, and almost 0 background noise. I have recommended these to all the other specialists, and even drivers that I work with. It is easy to connect via Bluetooth, is pretty light, doesn't squeeze your head, is built to last with metal framework, is compatible and pairs very quickly with every device I have tried it on

I absolutely love these for working from home, and they're super affordable. They're really comfortable. The sound quality and battery life are really good. I like that they're are multiple options for connecting and the buttons to mute and end calls with the headset. It also connects easily to multiple devices at once, so I can use it with my phone and computer. I have a more expensive headset that I never use because I like this better.

I want to start with I used to only buy products from this company. The quality has severely declined in the last several items I have bought from the Jlab company. I have this headset and the headset no longer connects via the dongle, the regular Bluetooth disconnects randomely it works wired but not why I bought it I will be going with another brand and will not be buying from Jlab. Bye, bye from an ex loyal customer. 😢

Great wireless headset for work. A lot of my colleagues went and got the headset so I figured what did I have to lose. My only issue is that sometime the mute button gets stuck and will not unmute. The headphones are a little loose and could be tighter but over all great headphones. I would buy again!

I’ve returned several headsets from Amazon over the past two weeks over five different ones and finally I found everything I’ve been looking for in the others and now I’m seeing this on tik tok 😆✌🏾🎊🎉 you can mute while waiting for someone to speak or call by just pressing the mute button on the side of the headset the red button is also a good indicator that you’re muted

The mute sticks often. The only way to get it to work is to totally disconnect. Not good for work use.

Not actually NOISE CANCELLING, which i only bought for that main reason of seeing load of reviews on tik tok saying they were. They feel good overall, love the ease of have wired and unwired. WISH they were noise cancelling. Good Quality headphones though, feel very sturdy, and i can hear well.

So pleasantly surprised! I knew it could connect to two Bluetooth sources, but I didn't expect them to be active simultaneously. Whichever source is active comes through, without any button fiddling! It's a real pleasure.They are quite comfortable for long work sessions. A single charge lasts all week and more - i don't even turn them off at night. So the lack of a dedicated charging stand isn't an issue - it's not necessary.
