The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t sure about this product before I received this but then, I am genuinely surprised. I am not entirely sure in which case you would want to use it, maybe some project car which doesn’t have speedometer yet. It works purely of the GPS which to my surprise, works really well and fairly accurate. I took it for a spin with my car, when I was doing 60 mph this speedometer was showing me 62mph, when I was doing 70mph, device says 68mph. I am very happy with results and accuracy, close enough for me considering it works of gps. It works also great as simple tachometer. It is worth to read manual since there are only 3 button to operate and many function available, so in order to use them you must manual. Display is very easy to read, screen is mate, no glare, you can adjust units depending if you drive in Europe or UK. Impressive little gadget, if you need something like this, definitely worth paying money.

Having a PHEV vehicle there are not any of these devices work satisfactory on tge OBD port, being GPS only, I was surprised that it works so effectively. My previous cars all had Heads Up so missed that speed info higher up on the dash. So there you have it, a longer USB lead would have been better as you have to thread it around most cars to keep neat. Recommend when on offer

The unit has a clear display screen showing lots of information.You can select the level of information required to suit your own preferences. In my case this is, speed and trip distance. But there is so much more available.Powered via a USB lead (provided) it has no internal batteries.A printed instruction leaflet is provided which explains clearly how to select the options required.The unit can be calibrated by the user to provide the most accurate speed reading in both MPH and KPH. I manged to adjust the unit to be quite accurate in most circumstances. However rapid acceleration or braking is not shown as quickly as a normal speedometer display.Thankfully the unit retains all the changes when switched off or removed from the car.The unit is controlled by 3 buttons on top of the display which are easy to operate whilst stationary or driving.A slight negative is that you have to remain static for a minute or two until the unit sees the satellites before driving off.If you just drive away it can take up to 5 minutes to link to the satellites and provide your speed.Also there is no screen suction mount provided so the unit is mounted on a bracket that is fixed by adhesive pads.
