Not sure if they really work, but it feels like somethings happening when I use them

I do like this product but it has two main issues. The first is the thinness of the velcro strap. While the velcro holds, the design can get uncomfortable on your wrist fast, especially when your fingers are extended and it’s pulling at full tension. It needs something to keep the edge from hitting the wrist while it’s being used. The other is that because the silicon stretches and the finger holes are a bit large it starts slipping further up your fingers (like a ring) as you use it. This could be solved by adding finger caps rather than rings, like thimbles, to hold them in place. That said the quality is good. I use it regularly and have been for several months and it’s still in good shape.

While this is a good product if you have small wrists like me the strap won't fit AT ALL

The strengthener comes in 2 parts - stretchy bands that attach to a wrist strap. The 6-11 lb band was great, but the 13-21 lb band doesn't have holes to attach to the wrist strap. Unfortunately, my accident left me pretty weak, so it has taken me a month and a half to graduate to the black band. But I can't use it because there aren't any holes, and I can return the band for replacement because I'm out of the replacement period.

The wristband could be better..

Hurts my wrist when I use it, the end of the elastic wrist strap is unraveling pretty much right out of the box and the giant finger holes slip down my fingers. And now the elastic hand part keeps slipping off the metal hook that connects it to the wrist strap every 2 or 3 stretches. Spending more time trying to adjust it than using it.

The rubber keeps popping out of the clip on the easiest setting.

This is an amazing hand grip strengthener, super easy to use. I can take it with me to use it during my break at work or traveling.
