efficiency, not necessarily quality
Have been using these for hunting and my practice arrows now for the better part of 4.5 years. There are different types between the quick spin, quick fletch etc- some are designed to spin tighter, in theory causing you to have a tighter grouping (of course, this also doesn't account for the small intricacy's of shooter missteps...) These are very efficient in the process of attaching to the arrow vs the traditional glue and jig set. They do attach firmly to the arrow, albeit, from my experience you have to have the water at a rolling boil and to get a firm set- takes more than the professed ten seconds. I usually get the water to temp and then slowly submerge the arrow, watching it as I glow, to ensure that there are no air bubbles that get trapped. The fletchings themselves hold up decently as long as you don't nick them with a broad head, leave them in the case pressed against something else or another fletch (they will change shape after x time), or try to use the same fletch over the course of several years (the glue for each fletch does wear out). All told, I like the efficiency of it so will continue to use them, but do your homework, traditional fletching does take longer to complete, but may or may not last longer. I tend to change them all out after a year.

Potential Quality Control Issues but still OK.
Pros:Ease of useThese really do increase accuracy.Cons:Possible quality control issuesPoor lifespan (sitting unused). These fletchings really do improve my groups and make it easier to track and find my arrows in the field. They work, enough said. My concern is of quality at this point. I fletched a dozen arrows with these in 2013, keeping 6 as my spare arrows. This year I rotated my arrows and noticed that 4 of my spare arrows which had sat unused and maybe shot once or twice had vanes simply detaching from the shaft wrapping. I figured since they were plastic / rubber, they just dried out and after 3 years I guess that's to be expected for a $4 piece of plastic.I purchased a new pack, same color (bone collector green) and refletched 6 arrows. Within a day, one of the 6 had the same exact problem, a fletching just fell off. NAP has a warranty but they require you to send the product back - not possible since the other 5 were already on my arrows. I contacted Amazon and they were able to refund me the cost of one fletching (about $5).So yes these work but be aware of potential quality issues and that you might not know until after you've fletched your arrows (which makes it even more of a pain).

So easy
I didn't know how these installed when I ordered them, and wasn't sure they would work right on my small diameter carbon arrows. Gave them a try and in less than 10 minutes had fletched 6 arrows, no fuss, no muss. They shoot very accurately. They didn't shrink up perfectly around the shaft though. Of the 6 arrows, 2 have a single imperfection like a small plastic wart standing proud of the shaft between the fletches. No noticeable difference in flight though, so I still like them.Even better - I had ordered 2 six packs and received only one. I was obviously disappointed and when I sent an email to Amazon complaining, I received an email back instantly saying that they automatically placed an order for the missing six pack and included expedited 1 day delivery at no cost.

Easy and Quality Fletchings / Poor Instructions
This is the second pack of these fletchings I have owned now. I get great groupings with these 2" blazer vanes and they are very resilient to damage. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the poor instructions. They tell you to dip it in boiling water to shrink the form/seal the fletchings, and shows an arrow with the nock on in the picture. I ruined one of my nocks because the water was too hot and deformed my plastic nock.Warning*** allow the water to cool a bit, it will still work and will prevent you from ruining arrow nocks.

Easy, Consistent, Excellent Choice
These are a superb idea. They are easy to put on as long is you have a deep enough container to boil water in. They are more consistent than me manually gluing vanes on. I set up a few colors to test different distances without walking back to the bag (4 greens at 30, 4 oranges at 40 and so on). The white part also helps you locate errant arrows better as well. The only downside vs. glue is they can get damaged more easily if you are shooting tight groups (a nick down the side can rip one loose). That being said, this is all I shoot now.

Easy to use way to shrink your groups!
Easy to use. Works great. Fairly durable. Worked as well or better than the vanes that came on my cheaper purchased arrows. Has definitely out lived them. So much so I have installed these on even my higher end purchased arrows. Have these and Bohning quick fletch. Both work well. Shop them for the best deal on either. Know that at sometime as with all arrows they will need to be refletched. Either way these are easy to strip and reapply. Watch your groupings shrink.

Great Product
good quality. I've tried quite a few similar products and these are the best ones I have found. Easy to use! Make sure the water is just beginning to boil when u soak the arrows. If you use a hard boil it will damage your arrow.

Good choice
If your building your own arrows and don't want to invest in fletching equipment these are great. the shoot great and are well built. one of mine had one vane that needed to be glued not a big deal and they do leave some small bubbles under the wrap but does not seem to affect accuracy. overall great product will buy again.

quickfletch are great for a quick fix when need be
quickfletch are great for a quick fix when need be. They do seem to tear off easily if your arrow happens to pass through something, which is understandable. I'm happier with re-fletching arrows by hand instead as they seem to last longer, but if you're in a bind, these are great.

Bad product from a reputable brand
Should be a zero. Product was old packaging and result was blue didn't adhere. Can't get money back as installed on arrows. Going to strip the remainder off the arrows and install true vanes. Don't buy.
