I bought this in replacement for another massager which I'd bought a few months before but it had stopped working. I thought that, from reading the info about this one, it would do what I wanted it to do.It was delivered on the day I expected it. I opened it and put the control device on charge. Once fully charged I attached it to the mat and turned it on. And waited. And waited some more. I scrolled through all the settings. I increased the intensity levels. Nothing. After 15 minutes (as per the "manual" that came with it), it switched off.I'm going to return it to the seller and ask for a refund. I'll spend more money on something else which will do the job it's supposed to do.UPDATE:The replacement works perfectly. I've used it on several occasions and have greatly benefited from using it. My legs and ankles had swollen an awful lot a few years ago and a TV advert for a similar product led me to buying from you. My wife, son, personal trainer & close friends have all commented on how much better my legs and ankles look since using it. I would highly recommend it to anyone in a similar situation to that which I found myself in. My only regret is not purchasing sooner!

Used the EMS for a couple of months then put in away. I needed it again set it up all the the lights come on but no current stimulation .brought from AMAZON went EMS web sight only to find you can only have 1 month to return and that is it, no way you can return a faulty item i have looked to see if this review is on there sight not there .makes me wonder if it is worth putting a negative review will AMAZON please comment.

Ok at first and for money but pulse not very strong ,you get what you pay for handy for travel though 🤔

Way better than I expected. I am very impressed by the effectiveness of it. I can really feel the massage and relaxation even after just 5 minutes of usage. I have already ordered for my parents and in-laws another 2, I'm sure they'd love them. Definitely recommended!

Didn’t think the mat was working and was trying to return and the returns process just didn’t work it was crap. However through a lot of research I found out you need to use conductive gel with the mat, so if your having problems try that first

The media could not be loaded. I have tried a few of these before and a lot of them use AA batteries which run out really quickly or don’t even work properly but this one charges by micro usb cable and full charge takes only 10mins and last few days,Easy to use and affordable as well as compact and convenient for people who travel a lot.

I received this product it worked the first day it then ran out of charge yesterday so put it on charge and it now doesn't work I was just wondering can it be replacedHope to hear from you soonDavid Evans

It was fine to start with but after about 1 1/2 weeks it stopped pulsing and it wouldn't always go up in levels it would go back to zero, so I have returned it. Which a shame as it did seem to be helping my husband.
