These things are so cool! I remember reading about these type of food pads a long time ago and there was much debate over if they actually do something or not. While I am not a medical professional I can say at night I put them on and they are white. When I take them off they are BLACK - not sure what the stuff is but i'm happy to have it out of my body.The foot pads work exactly as expected great product!

Too few for money, thought they were scented but just like the others that come in package is 50 pair for same amount
