This is my second year after seeding my yard. To say the deer love it is an understatement. I regularly have 10+ deer in my yard while my neighbor’s grass yard has 0-2. Bonus for not having to mow my yard at all last year

I'm getting great germination rates without much work. I just spread it around by hand over the bare spots in the yard when I know it's about to rain hard and stomp it into the ground. I've had them growing for a few months now but still not flowers, but at least I've got green coverage instead of mud and dirt

Works great comes up fast with the right weather just doesn’t go very far and the deer don’t really seem to like it

Planted this earlier this year good soil test good loose dirt planted in a open area of about 8 hours of sunlight and planted right before a steady 2 days of rain roughly 1 inch in 2 days. Then steady rain at least once a week but never did germinate fully had a few patches of germination then it never grew any more. Could be wildlife factors idk didn't have cams out.Overall I think it would be good seed just maybe not for me.

This is a great price for this product i am trying to replace my grass and works well
