WOLVERINEMen's Loader 6 " Soft Toe Wedge Work Boot

Light weight and cooler than lined boots. Looks to be well made, triple stitching. Replaced the insole and now are very comfortable.

I bought these boots for a construction job and let me tell you, they’re fantastic. Great quality leather, super durable, and one of the most comfortable pair of work boots I’ve ever purchased. Right from the get go I never had issues with blisters or anything. I’ve been working in some pretty lousy conditions this winter and they have stood the test of time.

I ordered these boots and a new pair of insoles (had good reviews here) to go with them. Those insoles ruined the fit and comfort of the boots. Boots felt too big, and after a couple weeks my knees were screaming. Finally dawned on me to try my old type of cushiony insoles and these boots are now my go to. Back to the insoles, the ones that came with these are a piece of mostly flat and thin foam rubber type stuff. At this price point, I'd rather not pay for a premium insole that didn't work for me anyways so I won't fault them for that. The tongue has some sort of lining, or may be all synthetic and it makes my feet sweat some around the ankles. Great traction, looks good, seems tough and well made. They do fit/feel more like boots verses tennis shoes like other moc toe boots I've tried. Durability is now the deciding factor, if they last a year I'll give them 5 stars.

Break in was a lil tuff but i put two pairs of socks on while i was breaking them in, and now there my favorite pair of boots. There even fairly water resistive, i refered two other people at my work to buy them and they love them!!

Boots look great and feel real comfortable right out of the box no need to brake them in like most work boots.

They look nice, reasonably crafted on the outside. The inside is raw. No insole. No padding. I normally wear a 12 in wolverines. Not this one. I would probably need a 13w, and buy insoles for it. Not worth it

These arrived defective, there was a massive hump in the midsole of one of the shoes, making them unwearable. That being said, I'm not going to hold a defect against them too much, any shoe is gonna have some defective ones make it out the factory.Regardless I could tell despite the defect that these were insanely wide boots, way too much for my feet. I have normally worn Red Wing and Danner boots, I wear a size 12 D in either. These were wider than those to an insane degree, so if you do have an extremely wide foot these may be a good fit for you idk.I also found the outsoles to be ridiculously thick. Way thicker than equivalent models from other wedge soled boots I've worn. I saw other reviewers comment on this but I didn't realize to what degree, they really do feel like platform shoes. This might be a plus to you, because that may make them last longer, but it felt like way too much to me.Other than that I can't tell you much. The material seemed fine, leather was ok. They should be ok boots if they fit your foot

These are excellent boots at a decent price. They do, however, seem to run a tad large. I ordered size 12, usually a perfect fit for my feet, but found there was considerable slop. Room for heavier socks I guess. Size 11.5 would have been a better fit.
