Brown skin friendly! No white cast! 🥳 Bye dark spots!
Brown skin friendly! No white cast! 🥳Colorescience comes through again! This is a fantastic sunscreen. It’s SPF 50 and it protects against blue light. So if you’re trying to get rid of hyperpigmentation, this will help you on your journey. I usually use tinted sunscreen for that reason but luckily, we have a non-tinted option with this! I use this primarily on my body because it doesn’t get stain clothing. But sometimes I use it on my face too, on its own or under a tinted formula. I like the light coverage for my face to even out my skin tone. The texture is light and thin; reminds me of Tatcha silk screen but without the slight tint. This goes on white but somehow disappears into my skin. Also the price point is a better value, here. Even better when it’s on sale! I love Tatcha and use it regularly but I am happy to have this in my stash now. I had to get the big bottle when it was on sale. The formula is very elegant and leaves a natural finish. It spread and blends like a dream! It is so quick! You will NOT have to rub this in for 30 minutes to get it to blend. This physical sunscreen is a daily essential for me. It doesn’t burn my eyes or irritate my oily skin. It’s water resistant for 40 min, so it’s good for the summer heat. But where are all the photos? Cause sometimes we need proof, right? Well, here is my contribution. I’m wearing this on my body (neck, chest, arms, legs, hands and feet).* I reached out to Colorescience to ask about the effectiveness against UVA (aging) rays for this product. Other countries will usually mark this on a PA scale, the strongest protection being PA++++. But in the US, sunscreen isn’t required to specify how much; they are required to make sure it has at least the FDA “minimum” protection against UVA, and UVB (burning) rays and they have to label it “Broad Spectrum.” SPF is the protection level against UVB only. Colorescience has started to label some of their products with PA++++. Since this wasn’t labeled like that, I asked. They told me they recently completed testing and No-Show has earned the PA++++ rating. So they are in the process of updating the packaging. Colorescience knows what we want, even though the FDA is asleep at the wheel.

My new favorite sunscreen
I was searching for a mineral sunscreen with no white cast, since I mainly used chemical sunscreens. This colorscience sunscreen is amazing! Once it’s blended and dry, you do not see any white cast what so ever and it survives my work outs! I weight lift and then I do cardio and it still manages to look fine on my skin. Other mineral sunscreens I tried would immediately start smearing off 5 minutes into my workouts and would be uneven white cast. Even when I reapply within two hours it doesn’t pile up from the previous applications. It also wears really well under makeup. Overall my skin feels more protected from the sun.

Best face sunscreen I’ve found
The woman who does my monthly facials recommended this product and it’s the best face sunscreen I’ve ever used. I went with the one that’s just sunscreen with no tint or anything else.A tiny tiny bit goes a very long way so that it was pricey upfront I feel like I’m getting my money.I find it to be very effective. I don’t even notice it’s there. It’s never burned or itched or caused a breakout.

Works great for dark skin. No white cast
Black guy here. I’m allergic to chemical sunscreen and almost all zinc sunscreens that I’ve tried leave a crazy white cast, but not this one! The only Zinc spf that blends all the way in! You just can’t use it on your beard bc it will not blend into your facial hair and will turn your beard white.

Decent but expensive
I've been using this during pregnancy. It does pretty good. Still has a small cast, but it basically dissappear when I set my skin with translucent powder. I do like it. I love that is it milky and not the thick paste american sunscreen is known for

I love this sunscreen! Stays in my bag!
I love this sunscreen. We have a kiddo allergic to sunscreen so we've all switched over to mineral based and this is the best one we've found so far!

Be cautious to use if you have sensitive skin
I will preface this by saying I have super sensitive skin and am always wary about trying new products. I have super sensitive skin. I was recommended this product from an esthetician. She said he kids used it who also have sensitive skin. I started breaking out and skin was very irritated, red, and hurt to touch. I stopped using it and skin went back to normal in a week. I told my esthetician and she said I should have bought it directly from colorscience website instead of Amazon. Regardless, I won’t be repurchasing or use any longer. Super disappointed because of the price point.

Good product, but I was sent a product that will expire soon!
I like this product but I got sent a bottle that expires August 2025. Disappointed in the seller.
