I have very thick hair. I love when my hair is straightened but it takes a long time. I have tried several strightners with mixed results. I saw a you tube video of a girl using a comb type strightner and her hair looked as tick and frizzy as mine and it seemed so fast.. I had to try. I love Asani products I have prlurchased several and always find them to be good quality so I was happy to find an asani comb style straightener. I am happy I did it works great. I can comb my hair in about 20 minutes and if I dont wash it the second day I can be done in 5 minutes. I don't like to use a lot of product in my hair so I can go a couple days without washing and with this product I dont have to use any extra products to keep my hair stright and smooth all day!!

This straightener is a lot easier to handle than a regular one. I like the fact that you can also curl the ends of your hair and bangs with it. A good, quality product for a good price.

I got this for my daughter's for Christmas and they both love it! My 14 year old has beautiful natural spiral curls and occasionally likes to straighten it. But with so much curl, it takes a while. Using this comb style straightener, she can get much closer to the scalp and doesn't have the weird line at the crown from the traditional straightener. It heats evenly and is actually much quicker for her to do her whole style. Would definitely buy again.

The hot comb heats up quick. I love that it has different temperature settings. It doesn't give you stick straight hair, but does help with frizz

This is a massive upgrade to my youth when the comb would be by the kitchen stove. If you want a closer heat application, you can remove the safety/rubber guard. Less frizz but lots more FAFO. Just pay close attention to what you're doing. This is not the time to have conversations or walk short form content. Ask me how I know.

I've only had this electric comb for 6 months and had maybe used it 5 times and let's just say I have it turned up to 500 and it's barely warm. I did see a few reviews about it not heating up but hey I guess you live and learn not to purchase when warned!! So disappointing!! 🤦🏾‍♀️
