Paradise Birds Crush Mug Rooster, Ceramic, Multi-Colour, 29.7 x 22.6 x 13 cm

This series of mugs are very attractive and well made of a thick, robust china. We wanted a larger than average mug so I bought a similar one for myself and thought it was so nice that I got this one for my husband. Although they hold a generous amount of liquid (more than half a pint) the mugs aren't so big at the top that the contents dribbles out which can be a problem with big mugs! The design is eye-catching and if we needed more mugs I would be tempted to get one in each of the lovely designs.

Good size and very attractive design. It's now my favourite mug! However it broke after a small fall but I decided to buy a same one again.

I bought twelve of these mugs 'Queens Couture' by Churchill. All are of different colourful birds. They are labelled 'fine china' and, although they don't look it as they are thick, they will break easily. I knocked one against the corner of a glass jar and an invisible crack appeared and the the liquid ran out of the cup slowly. Another one was knocked over and the cup broke. That shouldn't stop anyone from buying them, because they are beautiful and hold 500ml. It's just a caution to be more careful than I am!

This is a beautiful mug that holds 500ml! I've collected an entire set with different birds. Easy to hold too.

I love these mugs (large capacity)they are just the right size for my morning coffee. Brightens your day with the bright colours.

Very nice mug. Photo attached is 7 months of daily use, including washing inside a dishwasher. Colours still vibrant.

Quite clearly a 2nd quality cup with three black marks in the glaze!
