Use the panel mount from the Tacoma to mount it in my tahoe map light area.

This is a complete package. It was easy to install, look good and performs as expected. Here are some reasons why you want to skip all of the others if you are shopping for auxiliary switches for your Taco:1. The mounting plate for the relay box is included. That saves you around 70 dollars versus having to buy another.2. The control panel mounts flush to your panel and looks factory. Switches are easy to access while driving.3. All of the relays are 40 amp relays with 30 amp fuses. So many of these relay boxes have two high amp relays, 2 mid amp relays and 2 low amp relays. With all of the relays being the same size you have more options for customizing your switch layout.4. No Bluetooth to change colors. One less app to download and mess with. Sure you do t get a rainbow of colors, but are you putting these on a pavement princess or on a truck that needs the functionality?5. You can choose if you want it keyed on a fuse or not. You also have low battery protection. I chose not to have it keyed because there are times after parking I want to keep lights on for a few minutes, like for setting up my tent and such. But you get to choose and have that low battery protection to save you.Highly recommend!

I have a switch pros controller already and looking for an alternative to save some money. This is definitely an amazing alternative however I did end up returning it and going with another switch pros system just for continuity and appearance. However if I would have started with this system in the first place years ago I would have bought this again. This is a solid product with way more offered than a standard switch pros system which you would have to partner with power trays and SDHQ to get the same result for ~$850. You can’t go wrong with this system

There are a lot of things i really like about this switchFirst its the only one I have found built specifically for the Tacoma and it blends in perfectly, It pretty much looks stock which is super niceThe install process was super straight forward, everything was well labeled and well diagrammed, only took me about 2 hours to install. The mounting bracket is crazy study, I don't see that thing going anywhere.Finally there are so many ways to customize this thing, theres variable color options for the panel, a ton of different function stickers and you can even control the brightness which is super nice. You also get 4 switch functions from on/off, double flash, hazard lights and strobe.Overall I am very impressed, it has really come in handy especially when night driving and offroading. Can definitely recommend!

Initially I needed to connect the bumper lights on a steel number I bought and the shop that installed it said they don't mess with aftermarket wiring even though their website showed they install aftermarket parts. So I decided to start looking for options and found a place that would connect them. I decided to buy the matching bull nose front bumper and light bar and said I would buy a auxillary switch to hook it all up to. The said they recommend getting a Voswitch branded switch as they are just made better. So after looking I came across the Taco8. This is an all in one connection center with up to 8 device connections. The under hood box comes with its own shelf so you can still access the fuse box. The switch box in the cab fits perfectly under the light control switches. Comes with a gammet of different covers for the buttons and is lit up with blue LEDs.
