Took me awhile to figure Out how to make a copy. It’s not user friendly. But figured it out eventually.

Cartridges continue to not be recognized
Printer worked great at first. When it was time to replace the ink, it became a nightmare. I went through several cartridges trying to get the printer to recognize them. I twice bought genuine Epson cartridges designed for this model and to this day, the printer sits on the shelf plugged in and not working. It just will not read the cartridges.

Bought a new printer, received a used printer.
Nothing wrong with product, however I am SUPER disappointed with the company I purchased it from. Received an obviously returned/pre-owned product. Much of the packaging was missing. The ink cartridges were unopened, but taped to the side of the printer with a big piece of shipping tape. I had to use rubbing alcohol to get the adhesive from the tape off of the side of the printer. It had the power cord plugged into it, and the full weight of the printer was sitting on the stiff/reinforced part of the power cord (within the first couple inches that it comes out of the printer). This caused a sort of crimp in the power cord. The print quality isn't amazing, nor is the print speed, but it is on-par for a printer at this cost. The company needs to do a better job with quality control and should not be sending out used products as new.

The print quality is terrible - splotchy at best.
Can't returrn because the box it came in was tossed out with the trash.

Will not print black and white with empty color cartridges
It uses a lot of ink, or the cartridges are small. If you run out of ink in one of the 3 color cartridges, you cannot print just black. Epson says there is ways to force black printing but they don't work.
