These are exactly as described cur and size wise (I followed the video on the sizing) - they block light and they look great - the bonus for me (maybe not others) is that they're not too heavy so I could use with a telescopic tension mounted curtain pole over a patio door - been complimented several times on the look - they are quality so if you're comparing don't hesitate to choose this make

I ordered 3 pairs of these, they are lovely and soft, quite thin ( but great for the price) and blackout is great, but every single one of these curtains are different lengths and quite uneven. So when you close them there was an inch difference in length...gutted and very annoying when closed...I had to ask my daughter to adjust 4 of the curtains....wasn't that happy about that....

Amazing for blackout, lovely feel and shine to the fabric. Looks like great quality. Only just put them up and its blacked out enough for me. Happy

We've been looking for new curtains for a while before I thought I'd have a quick look on Amazon and I found these. They are for our bedroom. They are a gorgeous colour, lovely length, blackout lining, so sleeping is much cosier. Took minutes to put up. The feel of these curtains are so soft. Also a bargain price. I would recommend these highly.

Hung these beautiful chocolate brown curtains in minutes, not a wrinkle on them. Quality, soft material and definite light blocker! Quality made, eyelets perfect, really pleased with these and the look of our kitchen now!

I was very close to sending these back for a refund, based on the fact that they aren't particularly dark, (considering they are advertised as dark grey) the material is very thin, and the acoustic and thermal properties are questionable.However, they do a reasonably good job of providing a blackout, the curtain rings seem quite sturdy, and the colour actually isn't unpleasant (even though I really wanted a DARK grey).The material is quite lightweight, but it's quite pleasant to the touch. It was a bit creased when I took it out of the packaging - which possibly wouldn't have been an issue had the material been heavier - but that's nothing I can't sort out with a steamer. One interesting issue is going to be how well they stand up to having the windows open if there's any wind outside. My previous curtains were about 50% heavier (at a guess) and they held up against the wind reasonably well. I'm not sure these will. That said, I haven't added any tie backs (yet) so this is not a showstopper.The colour is identical on both sides, which is what I wanted. Several other producs had different colour linings. Note that in the photo I have the interior lights on, which is why the room doesn't look especially blacked out! Also, there is light leakage from the sides, because the curtain pole extends out a bit more than average from the wall. This isn't an issue for me. I'm not looking for a total blackout, just to stop direct sunlight coming in.I have no way of measuring the difference in thermal insulation between these and my old curtains, and I would say that this is just a bit of advertising puff and not to be taken seriously. Similarly with the acoustic properties. I can't discern any differences in keeping external noise out, making sure internal noise does not get out, or in acoustically treating my room against early reflections and other unwanted acoustic artefacts. It was the implied acoustic properties that made me buy these curtains in the first place, and I don't think they score well in this regard. Secondary to this was the blackout properties and I give that 4 out of 5 in terms of how effective they are. You certainly can't see any light through the material itself. Thermal insulation wasn't on my decision list but again, I can't discern any tangible improvement. I'll review that in the summer to see if it keeps the room cooler, but at the moment (mid spring) it's certainly not keeping the room any warmer.All that said, I will be keeping the curtains and telling clients who visit the studio that they have special acoustic properties that help them sing better :-)

These curtains are really good for blocking out light, they feel soft and look great too. I have had other blackout curtains before and these are much better, I have a street lamp outside my house and no light at all is getting through

Diese Verdunkelungsvorhänge sind fantastisch! Sie verdunkeln den Raum perfekt und sehen dazu noch toll aus. Ich kann sie jedem empfehlen!Ich habe diese Vorhänge vor kurzem für mein Wohnzimmer gekauft und bin total begeistert. Sie verdunkeln den Raum wirklich zu 100%, so dass ich endlich ungestört schlafen kann, auch wenn die Sonne draußen scheint.Die Vorhänge sind auch sehr gut verarbeitet. Der Stoff ist dick und blickdicht und die Nähte sind sauber verarbeitet. Die Ösen sind ebenfalls von guter Qualität und lassen sich leicht am Gardinenstab aufhängen.Zudem sehen die Vorhänge auch noch sehr gut aus. Das dunkle Grau ist elegant und zeitlos und passt perfekt zu meiner Einrichtung.Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit diesen Verdunkelungsvorhängen und kann sie jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Sie sind jeden Cent wert!
