Incredibly useful item
I bought these initially as a gimmick as I like to personalise items, These glow in the dark for a time, the real plus however is that they reflect torchlight extremely well even weak light makes them stand out.

Ideal safety and personal identification item
Seems to charge from natural sunlight as well as torchlight. Glows green in twilight hours as well as at night. Ideal for providing identification and locating accessories. Visual non powered renewal light source. When walking at night a useful safety addition to clothing. Ideal for locating items in low light or complete darkness. The velcro comb backing is secure and ideal for attaching to molle military systems,clothing and back packs. Only provides identification light and is not suitable for area lighting. Use chemical light sticks for area light. Long lasting and can be instantly charged with LED torch systems.
