This really small coffee maker is ideal for one standard mug, filling it to maximum on the machine scale. Unlike my previous large machine there is no coffee poured down the sink.Note : be aware of the " with filters " option. They are massive and totally the wrong size. The machine takes size 100 filters, so shop around for filters and just buy the machine

I rarely leave product reviews on Amazon, but I'm pleased to report that this little machine is AMAZING.It makes a perfect filter coffee for one in less than 2 minutes, and the hotplate keeps it warm for 40 minutes.It's compact, and I love the retro design. I despised cleaning and often replacing my cafetiere.Melitta 100 filter bags go with this machine.Let's see how long it will last!

This is a great little coffee filter machine. Looks retro and easy to use. *Warning* Melitta 100 coffee filters must be used as the standard are too big. But you can fold the sides down or cut the surplus off.

2 CUPS?? Do noot buy this thinking it is a full size coffee maker. The seller does not state accurate amount this makes. He says 2 cups. Paper vending cups. I have a large mug and it doesn't fill half. There is a reaslly short cable on this as well. The seller ddoes not care about disatisfied customers. Avoid at all cost in dealiong with this seller. I had to get Amazon involved to get a refund.

I love this machine. Simple, cute and does the job. You couldn't ask for a simpler machine. Load coffee and water then switch on. This also equally applies to cleaning it. However, the coffee output is lukewarm. I am having to buy a microwaveable cup to heat the coffee after the machine completes a brew. I would say at this price point the Aroma Boy is a good buy, but make sure you have a microwaveable cup to hand when using it.

First item was broken in box but Amazon replaced immediately without fuss. The Aromaboy is just perfect. I set it up at night and flip the switch in the morning. It takes about 2 minutes to make a lovely mug (or 2 cups) of coffee at the right temperature and will keep it hot if I don't want it immediately. The auto shut off after 40 minutes is great. I don't need a timer as I don't have a morning routine and I don't need to keep litres of coffee warm - I prefer freshly made. The machine takes up very little space and looks great. It's plastic - the only metal part is the base that keeps the coffee jug warm. My only concern is that the machine will last only until I break the glass jug - a replacement should be readily available and so far I haven't been able to find one. Melitta supplies these for other models but not Aromaboy? Anyway I love it and recommend it.
