This is a very nice belt. Slightly more expensive than the run-of-the-mill items, but well worth it. It looks substantial and well made and this suits me as I had been disappointed after a couple of other makes/brands I had previously bought through Amazon disintegrated/delaminated after less than a years light use - and I'm a careful owner.I have been wearing this belt for the last three weeks and its fine and showing no signs of detrioration.Also, its a perfect fit - no need to make additional holes for the buckle pin, as was so often the case with other belts I purchased.The product photograph is an accurate depiction of the item I receivedIt comes well packaged, in a designer type box. But don't let this put you off, the belt itself is strong and substantial and not a flimsy fashion item.One well pleased customerNick

The belt arrived in a well wrapped and very nice presentation box this morning. The belt is comfortable to wear and the buckle is a robust, attractive and appropriate size. The buckle does not cause the slightest discomfort when bending over a computer or driving and the extra leather buckle trim adds to its attractive appearance. My jeans vary from 38 to 40" waist size depending on the manufacturer. Having read previous reviews, I decided to buy a size 42 belt. The belt has five precut holes for the buckle spike and I find that hole number 3 is the very comfortable appropriate size for me when worn, this leaves two holes for any (unintended) expansion. I have other leather belts intended for a size 38-40 waist and they fit perfectly. I would urge caution when selecting a size. The only criticisms I would offer are that the belt loop is closed with a single metal staple and the buckle is retained in place with a single but robust, screw rivet. Although there will be no pressure upon the loop, there may be times when the buckle retaining rivet could be put under strain. Would I purchase another ? - yes and it is my intention to do this. Although not inexpensive, value for money is good, comfort and appearance are excellent overall.

For a Genuine leather men's belt, it is of high quality. Its reflected in its high reviews. However, it was advertised as full Grain Leather but it is, in fact, Genuine leather. Genuine Leather is made from strips of leather bi-products the same way that plywood is made of wood chippings and other wood bi-products. It may well be that I am unable to buy a Full Grain Leather belt at this price but misleading ads make this very difficult.

Superb quality and beautifully packaged. But sizing is mean. The recommendations for matching jeans waist sizes are at least 6 to 8 inches too small. A 40" belt as recommended in the advert for 38" waist jeans leaves the tip of the belt 3" short of meeting the edge of the buckle and then it's still 7" short of the first hole. Had to send mine back.

This is a really good quality product. A neat touch is the leather tab on the buckle which protects the buckle and the belt from wear. It is also a good width and thickness for a man's belt. I originally ordered a size too small but the supplier was extremely helpful in replacing it with a larger size. When ordering I would recommend you go for a size larger than you think you might need. I am a size 36" waist but had to go for the 40" belt. All in all a great product and supplier. You won't be disappointed.

The belts great, love the colour but far too short, my fault, I would strongly advise anybody to order 6in longer than waist size, if too long it's easy to drill another hole. Since writing this review customer services e mailed me. I was asked what my problem with the belt was, I explained I had ordered the wrong size and that it was completely my fault. Canwelum then asked what size was my waist and told me they were sending me a new belt which I received in the post this morning. Customer service does not get better than that. 10 out of 10.

I am very happy with the prompt delivery and the quality of this product,would have prefered a slightly darker tan though that's nit picking really.I am a 34 inch waist and whilst this belt is a good fit I feel an even larger size would have been equally appropriate as adjustment is possible!

Other fairly recent reviews have complained about the lack of a loop through which to pass the section of belt after the buckle - mine has a loop! And that's the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. The loop is too big in diameter and therefor a very loose fit when the belt is not being worn, if the belt is hung up by the buckle the loop slips down and off the belt. Worst of all the loop is not stitched, just joined by a crude metal staple. If it had not had a loop I'd have returned it but I will be keeping the belt since every other aspect of it is 5 stars. It's just a great disappointment that the belt loop is of such poor quality.
