Q: Is square trade warranty worth it for this carpet cleaner?

The Square Trade 3 yr extended warranty is less than $4 so yes I think it is worth it. I bought one.

Q: It doesn't seem to be that my solution tank is mixing with the water when I use it. Can anyone help me on this?

Solution will be used at a slower rate than the water in the clean water tank. You can contact the manufacturer directly or visit their website for more information.

Q: I followed directions for attachments but water is still coming out if the main unit when I try to use attachment. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure to turn the switch on the machine totools

Q: Does this machine have the option to not use heat? And does it have a rinse option?

There is no heat so no worries. There is a rinse option, just flip the switch. Be aware that cleaning solution comes out of the nozzle until the water clears the hose inside the machine however. Cleaning solution will come out for quite awhile after flipping the switch. Likewise when flipping bak to cleaning solution (wash).
