I was happy with the product but it LEAKS. More improvement needs to be done on the lids. i hope my next one does not leak

Thank you for the product. As you are probably aware, I have bought this item repeatedly as I am so pleased with it.It really gets rid of any tobacco smell and leaves a fresh, citrus scent. I appreciate your extra packaging this time as well, to prevent any damage or leakage in transit.

This essence removed tobacco smells very well. The perfume is pleasant but not too strong so does not just mask the smell.

The product works as described but is maybe a little expensive. The top could be designed to be less wasteful, too.

Excellent to get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke, a bit overpowering but guess I may have overdosed it !! but such a relief that I can get rid of the smell virtually instantly.
