This is a great pre-workout. I usually do one scoop only with the recommended ounces of water to add.

Don't buy this unless you love delicious coffee. I hate everything and I love this.Mixes with just a shaker bottle. Tastes great. No chemical taste or dreaded after taste (it's so annoying when something tastes good until like 2 seconds later and you realize it tastes like dirty feet...) I'm x 50% water and 50% coconut milk or almond milk and it is so delicious. The mocha is amazing. The chai is amazing. The caramel... Way too sweet for me but if you like caramel, it's probably going to be your jam.

The taste is good with water but much better with 2% milk. If you buy their shaker cup it mixes up very well without need of a blender. I find it a little expensive but what isn’t these days.

I was not really sure about this high protein, low carb, Keto drink. I have tried many and just have not like the taste as they were either chalky tasting or didn't mix well and left clumps in my shaker. The Chike brand is awesome it taste great if you mix it in water, milk or water with a splash of creamer. Every time I put it in my shaker it always blends completely and then I add ice and sit down read my email while I drink my breakfast. Once it is finished I am ready for my day. I am satisfied and will start the list of things I need to do and have enough energy that last for hours. I never have the rapid running around and then hit the brick wall because the energy just stopped. This is a game changer!

Love this protein coffee, I enjoy the taste and how easily it dissolves in water. Not too many ingredients and a decent source of protien!
