I thought this set was a great mixture to get the job done! My favorite tool is the Muscle Roller Ball. My daughter thinks it's fun to play with on my back and I get to sit back and enjoy the massage! The gloves helped out a lot after working on a computer all day and having sore hands. I really wasn't sure what the Thumb Massager and the Acupressure tool was or how to use them. I had to look them up on the amazon page. I hope they will eventually add instructions in the bag. Otherwise this a perfect set of tools!

Not sure how to use the green & yellow massagers wish that directions were included or even a web link on how to use.. My mom loves the compression gloves.. Better then name brand pair she was using.. And the massage ball is great.

Bought as a gift. Have since seen more ergonomic designs for massagers. This has brought some relief, but the irony is when your hands are hurting, it’s not easy to massage them with your hands.

Like these tools. Don't bother with the gloves so idk
