Large Black Satchel Messenger Bag with Organiser under flap - Holds A4 folders

A very disappointing product. I expected the bag to be sturdy and to look like the pictures on the site but it is totally un-reinforced and as soon as items are placed inside, the bag loses all shape and integrity. It's like carrying a bag of spuds on your shoulder. I could get a similar thing on the local market for a quarter of the price paid and this one is going back to Amazon for a refund.

Bought to replace a similar bag that was falling to pieces. This one is OK, but even with all its pockets, could do with a couple more at the front. The handle is fitted to the body of the bag, and passes through a hole in the cover flap, which I found a bit weird, as it means that you have to do the main zip up, otherwise the whole thing sags when you pick it up. The strap is not removable unless you cut it off (it's sewn into the body of the bag at one end), and you can't really tuck it inside the bag out of the way if you want to, as you then can't do the zip up properly. Catch 22.

I bought this bag to use for work and so far its doing everthing i require of it. It is quite spacious and comfortably consumes files, folders, diary, log book, numerous unruly bunches of keys and my teabags. Its got pockets of varying sizes tucked away all over the place, with only the mobile phone pocket being a slight disapointment due to its restrictive size. The shoulder strap could have been a little longer but all in all a well made bag.

the bag itself is bigger than i thought it would be, but the strap seems to have been made for a child. even fully extended it comes up too high. the bag is made from pretty cheap materials and doesnt keep its shape at all. i would recommend splashing out a few more pounds for a better bag

Zip broke after a couple of months - disappointing as I loved my new bag

Bought this for my teenage son as a extra Christmas gift in Dec '13. Over a year later it is still going strong. He has been using it five days a week to take to sixth form. It accommodates all he requires (& believe me he never takes anything out), keeps things dry and seems to be able to bear quite a lot of weight. Not really one for writing reviews but thought nth at this deserved a mention.

I bought this bag as I need a bag which was a bit bigger than the bag I currently own. The bag has served me well since I bought it. It holds all the things I need it to hold and I especially like the two side pockets one of which holds drinks, which I like to carry. It is a very good bag and I am pleased I bought it.

I've had the bag 19 days and already it has started to tear at the bottom. I've used it everyday for work and haven't carried anything out of the ordinary in it. no laptops or Ipads for example, mainly lunch boxes and headphones. i loved the bag but very poor quality i'm afraid.
