working amazing
I recently purchased this Bluetooth headset for my motorcycle helmet and it has been a great addition to my riding experience. The setup was a bit tricky at first, but I was eventually able to pair it with my phone after some troubleshooting. The sound quality is excellent and the volume is pretty loud, which is great for riding on the highway.I was initially confused by the product description, as it is listed as a pack of '2', but I only received a single unit. However, I have been able to connect it with my friend's Bluetooth device of a different brand and we can communicate with each other while riding. The speakers that come with the device fit perfectly in my helmet and stay in place even on bumpy terrain. I love being able to listen to music while riding and the voice prompt makes it easy to make calls or send texts without taking my hands off the handlebars.Although I'm not sure what the difference is between this unit and a more expensive one that is advertised for up to 24 riders, I'm happy with my purchase and feel that it provides all the necessary functions for communication and entertainment during rides. The kit came with all the necessary mounting items and a charger cord, making it easy to set up and get going. I definitely recommend this Bluetooth headset to any motorcycle riders looking for a convenient way to stay connected while on the road.

Would not connect to anything... Unless mine was received defective, it's worthless comm system!
I wanted to give this unknown and overpriced Motorcycle intercom company a chance as it says it is an Italian company (made in China of course) and that is has a long history in the field of smartphone accessories and communication systems. With 30 years in riding motorcycles, I have only respect for European motorcycle accessory companies and love my Cardo which is even made in Ukraine! Hence, I really wanted to like this product when I ordered it.Because I really wanted to like it, I have spend over an hour trying to connect this intercom device to my phone or my existing Bluetooth comm system, but nothing worked no matter how much I tried. I was using Galaxy Note for pairing which works great with my Cardo intercom, and never had been known to have Bluetooth connectivity issues. This comm would just not connect to it.More so, I would follow the directions in the instructions and expect the blue light as the instructions state, but then the device would blink red instead. Same with pairing it to my pack talk, it would not pair in any of the steps the instructions provided for out of brand pairing!I may have received a defective item (can't blame the Italians for it) and all my troubles may never apply to you. I really wish it is true! However, there is only one device in this box and I have no way of knowing if it's a bad batch or a simply a bad product. Hopefully, you will have a better experience than I had!

Couldn’t connect Bluetooth
I had trouble pairing the headset with my phone I tried for about 30 minutes and it just would not apear in my Bluetooth list, (iPhone) it’s seemed like the headphones are pretty loud just buy the prompts it give you when you turn the device on.

Very misleading
I would really like to understand the difference between $350 and $119. One says up to 24 riders and the other says 2 riders. Though each one only comes with one unit. Actually no way to evaluate the functions of the unit since I have only the one and no other to connect it with. Comes with all the items you need to mount it to your helmet and get it going except for the other person you want to communicate with.Maybe one day I will meet someone else that has this unit and we can try them together.

Works decently once you are able to get it connected and working.
This headset is not bad for my motorcycle helmet. It is a definitely improvement when I am out riding. I will say that the setup was not the easiest thing. I did have to do a few resets before it was actually able to pair it for the first time. Once I got it to work though I never actually had trouble with it pairing to my device again. That being said, the sound quality on this is amazing and the volume is not bad. The sound can be heard around you though so be aware of that. This can actually be paired with other headphones of this kind which is great for communicating while out riding together. I will say this is not something I would say is good for road trips because there is a limited distance and you will probably get out of that range. I actually use it during ATV rides. It actually does pretty well during ATV rights because it is not something that is in your ear like an ear bud so it does not fall out. This allows me to listen to my music without having to worry about my headphones falling out. Overall I do think this is a good device if you go riding a lot. If you are going to use it to pair to other devices like this I found it does not really work that well unless you're riding relatively close together. The controls are pretty simple and easy to press even with gloves on.

Works well
This intercom system works great for a driver/passenger situation. However, the background noise makes it difficult to use while riding separately. It's very lightweight and comfortable. Its also great for listening to music while riding alone.
