Great for the price!
Overall these electrolytes are extremely good for the value.The flavour is very mild, which works for me. As other reviews say, yes there is a slight salty/sodium-y taste, but that's to be expected from a health drink. It's also not so strong a flavour as to be an issue, so i'd highly recommend trying these.

Awful taste. Would not buy again
I thought this would be a good alternative to a similar product I use. This tasted nasty. I threw them away. I wouldn't buy it again.

Not great in terms of taste but does the job
The taste is really salty and it takes some getting used to it but it does the job, really helps at the gym and to fend off dehydration in general

Love love
I love these electrolytes that have a decent amount of potassium and no artificial sweeteners. The taste is fresh slight tangy but better than the overly sweet sucralose things you normally find. Very impressed

Tastes horrible
Honestly I tried to like it, diluting it more than the packet says or trying to cover the flavour with squash, but it just tastes really bad. The concept is nice and the price reasonable, but it’s undrinkable.

Super gegen Wadenkrämpfe
Ich habe das Elektrolyte Komplex Pulver schon sporadisch vorher immer mal wieder genommen, vor allem bei Strandurlauben mit viel Schwitzen oder nach dem Sport. Richtig hilfreich ist es aber jetzt während meiner Schwangerschaft gegen lästige nächtliche Wadenkrämpfe. Nachdem reines hochdosiertes Magnesium diesbezüglich gar nichts gebracht hat, habe ich es mit den Elektrolyten versucht und habe nachts endlich Ruhe. Vom Grapefruit-Aroma schmecke ich ehrlich gesagt nicht allzu viel, für mich schmeckt das Pulver überwiegend salzig. Da ich gerade in der Schwangerschaft aber ohnehin mehr Lust auf Salz habe, kommt mit das entgegen. Mit schmeckt es genauso wie es ist und ich kann es super gut trinken. Habe jetzt immer ein Tütchen dabei, wenn ich unterwegs bin :)
