Poor Rod, Poor Customer Service
We purchased this item believing that this brand stuck behind their rods. We registered it immediately with the company. We were so excited to use it. First cast the line snapped losing a great lure. Ok, we’ll it could be old line. We replace the line. Use it again, this time the line snapped on setting the hook. Now we’re frustrated. We rub all eyelets with a cotton swab to find any rough spots to fix, nope. Not a notch. Ok, replace the line and lure again… yet another lure lost. So we contact Carrot- have yet to hear back from them. So glad they don’t stand behind their warranty or their product. STAY AWAY! Do not use your lucky lure with their rods or you’ll be swimming trying to find it.
