A positive brand experience begins when a customer recieves the packaged product and you know from the start that this pair of earphones is going to deliver. The box is well made, has a quality print finish, quite nice graphics and even has a magnetic closer to the top flap. Very impressive beginning. Open the box top and slide out the plastic tray and there you are met by a full range of interchangeable ear bud pieces, a clip to hold the cable to your shirt/jacket/blouse/dress/whatever and a rather nifty little pouch to keep everything in. At this stage I was wondering if most of my £10.99 had gone on the packaging... Well, I can shelve your fears on that score. These are a superb pair of earphones easily matching the performance of other brands selling for £50 and more. I'm listening via my Samsung S9 and the quality of the bass and high notes are excellent and the clarity is also of the highest quality. They are also extremely comfortable to wear and, although they are not noise-cancelling but noise-isolating, they do that very well too. I have to say that I am reporting on immediate rather than long term use but I will return after a few weeks and update my feedback. In the meantime, however, I cannot recommend these earphones highly enough. I honestly don't think you could find better quality at this amazing price anywhere else.And here I am, back to give feedback after a few weeks of use. Basically, still as good as ever and proven to be a robust, well built product. This is a fairly basic model from their extensive range too so it bodes very well for all their products.

I continue to be thoroughly impressed with the construction of these earphones.The contrasting black and red flat cord is both eye catching and practical allowing for exceptionally easy winding, storage and use in highly wet and windy environments (I live in Scotland and use them when out hillwalking and when walking urban environments).The red and silver polished metal earbud bodies are hard wearing and stylish.The sound quality is excellent, the range is very very good, the top range sound production is excellent, mid to low range sound is very good but unfortunately it has a somewhat high low level sound cut off at the bottom of the range which unfortunately means a very very small range of sound is compressed.The clarity of the sound is excellent and sharp across the range of noises produced.The choices of earbud size all work well for me which I am very happy to report since ofter earbud gummy buds are often too large or too small for my ear canal.The inclusion of gummy medium and large sized earbuds and of foam earbuds too was an excellent choice from the manufacturer.The box they came in was well made and the earbuds and manual were efficiently packed into the space, the metallic door for the front of the box was a lovely touch.The jackplug is high quality and is still resisting wear well over two years on and allowing for good contact to be made with my Sony Xperia mobile phone, HP laptop and my iPod Video audio input jacks.The font on the earphones is well chosen, aesthetically appealing and modern whilst retaining a high contrast with the surrounding metal of the earphone body.The rubber of the L shaped jack shoulder is very sturdy and has saved my various devices and the earphones from fall related damage, sudden jerks and assorted other calamities on scores of occasions.The rubber at the earbud end is also hard wearing.Neither shows any discolouration at all.The carry pouch for the earphones is satisfyingly sturdy and yet soft to the touch. The synthetic bag ties however could have been better served by using dyed braided and cored natural fibres which are comparably priced per unit length.They've done me better than literally any other pair of earphones I've ever had and I will never buy earphones from another company again! (I've changed through around twenty five companies of earphone manufacture at this point)17/10 exceeded my expectations and a small congrats to the Amazon Marketing Team cos I bought this whilst at work in the work van when it was on Lightning Sale. My old earphones and my last three pairs of headphones had all recently broken so the uncanniness of the usefulness of that suggested reduced price offer cannot be overstated!

Good quality but not shaped to fit as I’d expected. I use these to listen to audio books at night. I find that the earbud design, in which each bud is exactly straight, is not as comfortable as the angled ones. Also the metal outer ends of the buds rub in my ears. Sound quality is excellent and they’re comfortable enough if you’re not lying on them

I bought these to use on planes with the in-flight entertainment, as I often struggle to hear the dialogue in movies with regular low-cost earphones. What it doesn't say on the description is that in addition to the 3 sizes of "ear bubbles", you also get a pair of memory foam bubbles too - these are what really make the difference! They fit/expand in your ears for a snug fit that really helps to block the engine noise and means you can hear everything on the movie soundtrack. Also tried them for listening to music and they're as good as my more expensive, powered noise cancelling earphones. Just be sure to use the foam bubbles!

Very pleased with the sound quality from these inexpensive headphones, which seem very durable so far. You'll want to use the enclosed clip to stop the wires rubbing on your clothing and spoiling the excellent sound. One very minor gripe - the identifiers for L and R are not very prominent. I've stuck a small piece of coloured tape to the right one. Maybe they could be made with different colours for R and L?

Bought these for use with my Chromebook. They are quite well made & I got them out of the packaging OK. They work well but the sound is disappointing - it is tiny (no bass). At least it is clear. I've tried them on my ScanDisk mp3 player and another mp3 player but the result is the same. I've bought a pair of earphones like this before - with the ear buds design and I had the same problem with those. It seems to me that the "in-the-ear"type of earphones are much better for base frequencies. Still, at least these work, so that's something. All is not lost!
