I Don't leave home without them
I cannot express how much of a game-changer LactoJoy has been for me. For years, I’ve had to either avoid dairy altogether or suffer the uncomfortable consequences of indulging in my favorite foods.I was skeptical at first, having tried other lactase supplements that either didn’t work well or required me to take multiple pills just to get through a meal. But these pills is just one tablet, and I’m good to go! I guess thats because of their strength. No bloating, no cramps, no regret—just pure enjoyment of whatever dairy-filled goodness I’m craving. What I love most is that these tablets are compact and come in a really sleek tin, so I can throw them in my bag and have them with me whenever I need them. The extra-strength formula is also a huge plus because I don’t have to worry about taking multiple doses or guessing if I had enough. One and done! It’s honestly made a huge difference in my life—I can finally enjoy my favorite foods again without any stress. Highly, highly recommend!

Best ones I’ve used
These are the best ones I have used, slightly more expensive than others but that is because they are stronger. Come in a small tin that’s easy to put in your pocket or bag, a regular order of mine now.

Work for the most part, but not perfect
I consume these regularly, and they seem to help to some degree but I still get some discomfort when consuming lactose products alongside them.

So far so good!
My daughter loves ice cream, but has been very limited in her choice, being lactose intolerant since birth. She is now 20, thats a long time to have to suffer for an occasional ice cream! She has many allergies and never found a dairy free ice cream substitute that she could tolerate, and has not been able to take other lactase tablets as she reacts to the fillers etc that are in 'regular' tablets and medicines. I was overjoyed to find these tablets, that have no additives, and although they are quite pricey decided to buy her some as a last resort. She took one yesterday, before eating a Magnum choc ice. She didn't have the normal stomach/ bowel problems she would normally have, although she said next time she will take more than one as her tummy was slightly uncomfortable during the night. You can take up to ten a day apparently. She still wont eat ice cream frequently, as it also affects her skin and causes eczema type breakouts, but at least she wasn't up all night in total agony with stomach cramps. The pills are tiny, and come in a handy little tin, like the small peppermint tins, so she now would feel comfortable enough to go out for a Costa (after lockdown!) with her little tin in her bag. I will definitely buy these again.

Excellent last minute substitution
After being unable to find the chewable version of our usual lactase tablet and our back up not being delivered in time for our holiday, I took a chance with these despite how expensive they seemed. I did the calculations and they only worked out around 3p per tablet more than the others and the little tin is great, so easy top carry and leave in a bag rather than keep topping up with the individual sachets which had previously seemed so great compared to carrying a big tub around. My son is lactose intolerant but also has sensory issues which mean he can't cope with swallowing a capsule. These tablets are small enough to swallow very easily, even for him, but they don't taste bad so chewing them is also fine. The fact that they are stronger is even better, half a tablet is enough for him for a small meal with pizza or cheese, and a whole one for enjoying holiday ice-creams. I won't be going back to our previous brand, especially as the refills work out so well too. (also purchased the small packets which advertise as 40 packs of 3 but came as 60 packs of 2. These are perfect for keeping on us at all times just in case they are needed)

Works Well - I suffer from Skin Reactions to Lactose
The full tablets are great and are the real deal. I can usually feel in about 30 mins if a Lactase supplement is not sufficient. I have never had any issues when taking these prior to a Lactose-based meal or item (ice cream). You can easily cut the tablets in half. They are compacted, so spilt easily and do not breakup once cut, so you can return half a tablet back to the container for future use. My only recommendation is to take a tablet a few minutes before a meal as they hard so even chewing them will take a while for them to fully dissolve in your mouth. I prefer to fully dissolve them in my mouth first before consuming anything. Whether that is the correct usage I am not sure, but it works for me. Your mileage may vary (ymmv).Product Dimensions - Tin container for 80 tablets - 8cm x 3.5cm. Fits in a pocket fine.

Not for me
Recently become lactose intolerant. Purchased these hoping they would allow me to eat normal foods one in a while.Took one and basically it didn't agree with my stomach, fair bit of discomfort, didn't use them again.
