Safe Packaging

Opened and refilled with Water
When I unscrewed the cap, the seal was gone. There was crystallized material all over. The bottle was full. The liquid inside barely smells like ammonia. Someone opened it, poured out the ammonia and refilled it with water. Total theft. Do not buy!

Works well for me
I had noticed this didn't smell nearly as strong as ammonia I'd used before, then I read reviews saying it was watered down. Even so I found it to be the best window cleaner I've ever used, including the stronger ammonia. And because of the weaker smell its easier to work with. Give it a try, it's a good way to use it up if you don't otherwise like it. In addition, one of my car window tints had peeled off leaving a sticky layer behind. I tried Goo Gone which didn't do anything to remove it. Then I used this ammonia and the glue came right off. I've been pleased with it so far.
