The battery is good but box is broken and package is good and services

I ordered Original Battery but send me Duplicate.

This battery is working properly and it's gives approx backup timing 4-5 hours.. I was worried how it will.. But it's working good.. I liked it..

When received the product and charge is zero percentage. It take 8hr to 10hr for full charge. Not sure it is defective or not. I will update after few days of use.

Online photo of battery shows sticker of original product & one year warrenty. Actual product does not show these things.What is being displayed online is not being sold by seller.

Better to check the quality of all items base on the review of the Custommers.
