Item arrived promptly and seller absorbed extra postage as not clearly stated not include N.Ireland. Product works well thus far (used twice). However clips on hose fragile and one broke. Offered new hose and two clips for £5 postage but not just clips. All very polite but not what needed. Have seen other reviews when researching product with similar problem with clips on hose. So in summary polite and courteous but additional cost for hose and clips seller believes is generous when I don't need a hose and a fit for purpose clip would mean there was no problem.. Pity really as the blaster for drying my motorcycles is an excellent tool.

We have a bernese mountain dog and have toyed with the idea of getting a pet hair dryer for him. He can stay wet for hours and hours if he goes swimming (or more likely, gets very muddy and has to be hosed off!). I previously used to try a normal hairdryer (on a low heat setting) - which worked, but took ages to dry him to any degree. This has changed all of that - it literally blasts water and dirt off of him, and dries him at a very impressive rate. It actually blows out a load of dust from his coat which was surprising and meant it made our utility quite dirty!The dryer is a little noisy and is very powerful, which the dog took a little while to get used to - but he seems happy enough to be dried off with it now.Definitely recommend and wished we had taken this plunge earlier.

Does a great job of drying off my motorcycle. More than powerful enough to blast the water out of the nooks a crannies. Has a couple of heat and power settings.Haven't used enough to be sure of build quality or longevity - the flexible hose and plastics feel slightly cheap so I'm being fairly careful.Does what I wanted for the bike but terrifies the dog. Just as well I don't need to dry him with it - very noisy.

Came home today with two dirty dogs in need of a bath..item scheduled for delivery in four days time but there it was already. Very strong flow and fluffy little puppies resulted. Only downside is the whistle that one of the attachments makes, won't be using that one again! We'd ordered this as dogs with short legs need cleaning or drying regularly. Hopefully this will give long service as on first impressions very impressed. Sadly one star down for the whistle..

I use this on a Leonberger and a very curly labradoodle. It can take a little while to dry them depending on how wet they are. I towel dry them first then use the dryer. I would recommend doing this first. Glad I bought it as it saves having wet smelly dogs walking round especially if it's not warm enough for them to dry out in the garden. This will be a massive help with the winter approaching.

I purchased this solely to use for drying my motorcycle. Ideal, works really well with two speeds and also two level heat settings along with heat off. Better specified than some of the 'dedicated' motorcycle driers.A loud whine develops after about 2 minutes operation and I am not sure whether this is due to harmonics or maybe a dry bearing. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Initially this was a great Dog dryer but within 3 months of purchase and minimal use just stopped blowing out warm air so was very dissappointed!! Great deal forever were slow to respond to my complaint and fobbed me off that I couldnt return for a refund/repair/replacement as it was outside their 14 day policy of returning goods! I am a very unhappy customer as my daughter had purchased this out of her own money to use for her dog grooming practising and now we have had the expense of purchasing another one from somewhere else as she couldnt be without one with warm air for this long, as it takes too long to dry the dogs with cool air and in the winter. After researching alot of dryers this one came out with great reviews and so very frustrated that ours doesnt work after only 3 months!Still hoping the company will reply further to rectify this ongoing issue and allow us to return it for a replacement or repair at least!

I'm so sorry I didn't get one of these for my 2 big German Shepherds sooner!! The dogs love the warm and rapid dry - it's not noisier than the 2 blow driers that I was using simultaneously before and it dried them in minutes after they'd been out in the garden getting soaked whilst playing. Having the long hose has made this job easier for me and much more comfortable for the dogs. I love it and so do they - and it blew all the dog fur that had accumulated on my sweater off too - what a bonus!
